I purchased a bowling Groupon while on vacation in Fla and redeemed it. Using my phone, initially the credit card payment was "declined" which is odd since I have autopay with all my cards and had used the card that day. I then paid with a second card and was accepted. Days later checked the website and the initial purchase was "accepted". Was told by Groupon that I had 72 hours to request a credit. Luckily, I was able to give a family member in Fla the Groupon as a "gift" so all worked out, however, I'm a little upset that the transaction came back "declined" but later got "charged" to my credit card. Was happily at the park with my son jimmin parc and hyunya (my little girl) when a Fox News reporter, began to throw sharp rocks and then continued to BITE my DAUGHTER ON THE ARM, then in a view hours giving her RABIES! Keep in mind this happened because I didn't want to put up with their untruthful lies about blm, so I calmly talked to the reporter... OUT OF CONTROL I TELL YOU! barking like mad aswell!!!! My daughter hyunyuna or some sh0t, has now sadly passed away,may she come back as nicki's baby, FOX NEWS IS DISGUSTING! BITING AND INFECTING YOUNG KIDS!!

Absolutely one of the laziest, lacklustre and worst apps ever with a dysfunctional team and no compassion. They banned my main account because I done 4 or 5 out of app transactions in the space of 4 years, which I understand is against their t.o.s but instead of giving my account a suspension they gave me a straight ban.I have calculated that I made them over 2-3 thousand pounds and all I wanted to do was create some extra cash flow in order for me to create my website and kick start my brand, which I’ve done no thanks to them. They prey on small brands and take their profits. They don’t do any promotions. The promotions they do require you to relist all your products and if you’re like me and have over 50+ then it’s impossible. They think they’re doing something good but haven’t thought through that they only do it for face value.They said that the out of app transactions doesn’t give them any money to do updates and negatively affects the customer. If you’ve been on the app, they don’t do updates. The updates they do are minimal and really act as more of a hinderance because of its slow run time. Im a qualified software engineer, I have friends who work in cyber security for big companies like Sky, BT and people who do front end on UX design and I can see that these guys don’t care. All they updated to their app in 5 years after all their money, is a slightly different seller hub and putting review on the side of products. Whoever thought of that is an imbecile and a complete waste of a paycheck. The UI is outdated and is just lacklustre with minimal graphic design and boring. It’s falling out of place with the current culture and become “just another seller site” Furthermore, I was going through hard times in my life with having to save the extra cash flow and I explained my situation to them and they said to me “ thanks for opening up” and then belittled me. I had one reply saying that someone was going to unban my account and another saying they were going to keep it banned because they don’t have dedicated members to build up trust with to cut costs from two different departments one being appeals and one being community experience. They messed me around big time, after I made them loads of money when I barely make any profits on some of my items and they make more than me. They’re thieves and all they do is take without any compassion or sympathy for your life situation. Ontop of that you can’t get through to anyone. There’s no customer service. The solution: was to create a business account under my employees name. It bypasses their terms of service and doesn’t break any rules. They’re so fixated on the rules that most of them are flimsy and breakable. I am a so fed up with big businesses using little sellers and not giving them enough benefits. Their Windows 10 client hijacks Window's uninstall mechanism to make itself uninstallable. When I contacted support about it, they sent me to Microsoft's page on how to deal with misbehaving programs. The Microsoft solution is quite involved and non-technical people wouldn't be able to pull it off. I could follow the instructions and it still didn't work so I'm not sure how to uninstall this.

Support is slow and I didn't get the support I needed. Just sent me to read long articles but never got a specific answer to my issue. Hope you'll get better in the future. For me, the experience of working with Manychat was one big frustration.
