Review of brevo
I'm really, really down about my experience with Brevo. It's hands down the worst company in the world for email marketing. We've been diligently collecting emails and data since 2020, and when we finally decided to use Brevo for our email campaigns with their $500 per month plan, everything seemed fine at first. But then out of nowhere, they suspended my account for seemingly no reason at all. When I reached out to their support, hoping for some clarity or assistance, it was a nightmare. Kate, the support representative I spoke to, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She didn't even bother to give me the time of day; she treated me like I was her least favorite person on the planet. I wouldn't recommend Brevo to anyone for their business needs. Their so-called "support" is a joke; they've cost me so much time and effort, and it's been incredibly damaging to my business. To add insult to injury, despite our unsubscribe rate being a mere 0.5%, they still treated us like this. Please, if you're considering using them, be very cautious.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from AT&T. After losing my phone, I followed the customer service recommendation to block the device, which I did immediately. The following day, I went to claim a new phone and requested that my number be unblocked. However, despite visiting the AT&T store three times and customer service calling multiple times, my number remains blocked, and I have not been given any explanation as to why. This situation has caused severe disruptions to my personal and professional life. I rely on my phone to access my emails, social media accounts, and manage my online business, which I have spent years building. I am now unable to access any of these essential services, and AT&T has yet to provide a resolution. This experience has been completely unacceptable, and I am forced to share my frustration in hopes that it may raise awareness. I urge potential customers to consider this level of customer service when making their decision to choose a provider. AT&T has shown a complete lack of accountability and empathy towards its customers, and I can no longer endorse a company that treats its clients this way."

Review of mcafee
I never voluntarily wanted McAfee, it came installed on my new laptop and I couldn't easily opt out. This software doesn't stop malware, and when you try to uninstall and end the subscription, the agents haggle and whine on the other end of the line for many minutes to try to get you to stay. They really do, they really nag. It's sad and manipulative, the way they behave (or are instructed by their higher-ups to behave). On top of that, McAfee software overheated my laptop numerous times.
Review of macromedia
Adobe sneak in charges everywhere, they even have 200 dollars cancellation fee for annual subscription. For Adobe its users are considers cash cows. It is time to stop using any SAAS business model. Adobe is one the most egregious companies to abuse this model.
Review of garmin
Had problems creating an account with the Connect Garmin app, I kept getting blocked, this was efficiently and patiently sorted out once I made my second and third call to Garmin Customer Services. My VPN on my mobile was creating many problems, but I have since terminated that contract and now my Garmin Lily Classic and the App are working very well. All in all I am happy with what health stats Connect Garmin is providing me with.

Review of bol
I ordered September 18th a dumbbell set that was supposed to be delivered on September 23rd. It is October 8th and I am still waiting. I have contacted bol.com several times and they don’t take any responsibility for the delay. They put me in contact with the seller which promises to deliver the product but never does. I want a reimbursement but bol.com says I only will get my money back when me and the seller have tried absolutely everything but can’t get to an agreement. When is that supposed to happen? When do you consider we tried everything bol.com? This is the last time I order from bol.com and don’t recommend it to anyone!
Review of aliexpress
I have used Aliexpress for components for years now. But i haven't had to use the refund process due to lost parcels before. I had to this time for a collection of items that were delivered to the wrong place by Evri. Raising this at Aliexpress is frustrating. Evri marked the parcel as delivered, but all the proof was in the wrong place and didn't include any proof of my parcel delivered to me. The parcels were abandoned in a alley and lost. Evri sent an email confirming this. I sent all this to Aliexpress who still refused to acknowledge the parcels had been lost and denied my refund. When i appealed, the response was that the parcels have exceeded the protection time, due to the process taking so long. Terrible service. It has put me off completely now that it seems they just ignore any proof and evidence and just string it out until they can claim it has passed the protection period. It is a shame, the products were good. I have the appeals waiting for the other items in the delivery. But I expect it will be the same outcome, so I will then close my Aliexpress account due to their poor practices and dishonesty. OrdersH03TJA0115796759H03TJA0117830705

I called AAA for a tow to the nearest Audi dealer at 2 PM on a Saturday. I made 3 calls back in 3 hours - each time being told they had heavy volume and to be patient. After 3 hours waiting and after 2 cars pulled up next to my vehicle (next to a BP station in downtown Atlanta) and several youths exited the cars, urinated on the floor, threw trash all over, then left), I called again.I told the agent I was uncomfortable sitting in this gas station with my wife and daughter - and the agent told me to call 911 if I was nervous. He again repeated they had heavy volume and would call me when they were ready to pick up my car.ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS.Thank goodness that AUDI sent a tow truck - FOR 265$ or I would still be waiting there 18 hours later - as they STILL HAVE NOT CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY ARE READY TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE.Needless to say, as this is the first time I have called them in my 15 years of membership, I am cancelling my membership. They were useless and I am incredibly upset - wasted a whole afternoon and had to pay 265$ to get my vehicle removed to safety.MY ONLY ADVICE - BUYER BEWARE

I lost my job, and wasn't able to renew my AAA driving protection coverage by its end date of May 31st. I was not enrolled in Auto-Renew. I was able to renew in late July. Come to find out that my new membership term only goes until May 31st of next year. What about the other two months? Nope! I find this unethical. When I spoke politely about it to my local AAA CSR, she had no answer, and said that is the way it is. Now I wonder what other ways AAA finds to short people. I will be looking at other roadside assistance options.

Review of venmo
Venmo should just shut down it’s operations. It’s terrible. Can’t even log into my own damn account. It’s been weeks I’ve been trying to contact support and no one has gotten back to me. If you no longer have an old phone number it’s nearly impossible to re-access your account. Cash app and even freaking western union is better than this trash Venmo.
Review of tripadvisor
I am an owner, I received an email stating thst unless I validated my account it would be delisted. Tried several times and received error message that validation could not be completed. Brought this to TripAdvisor attention and after several emails and phone calls they accepted the fault was theirs and the issue would be escalated and dealt with. TripAdvisor solution was to delist my property permanently! Great customer service!!And to prove their customer relations ..what a cut and paste reply. Have been a Tripadvisor client and user for years as they started so well. Now sinking ever more rapidly to the bottom. Corporate bottom line more important than customer satisfaction.

Review of lyft
I'm a clean, courteous person, I didn't do anything to offend the psychopath driver. The moment he saw me, he seemed enraged. I even had to walk to the car, he just parked at random and waited. At first glance he looks like a white guy, I hadn't realized he was Turkish yet. Once I heard his thick accent, I assumed his aggressive gestures, and disproportional tone could be a cultural thing. But then he progressively got ruder, and more hostile. He snapped at me when I asked which direction he was taking. He did a gesture like he wanted to slap me. I didn't feel safe, and he knew I had motion sickness, (because I told him when I asked if I could put the window down at the beginning of the ride.. he said yes, then once I did.. he put the window up) then drove chaotically, blasted an audio (about a man that offed himself) and started to sway the car back and forth while at a red light. He was acting like he didn't want me in his car. So, as soon as I knew where I was, I politely asked if I could be dropped off there, due to motion sickness. I told him I wouldn't cancel the ride so he could continue the route, and still get paid. He raged, refused to let me out, and started speeding. Then eventually came to his senses and decided to let me out but for some reason.. he turned and drove farther than necessary and went into a parking lot. I politely thanked him, and again assured him I wouldn't cancel the ride, so he would still get paid. He screamed at me, saying he dgaf about the job, has a tesla, doesn't need money etc. I walked away, it seemed he parked at that awkward location just to yell at me. Even after walking away he was screaming alone in the parking lot. Eventually he sped past me. I contacted Lyft right after this and they brushed me off on the app. So, I called them, and the agent was dismissive about my racism claims but said I wouldn't be charged for the ride, and someone would call me to take my report about the incident in more detail. No one ever called, and I was charged for the ride. When I emailed them, about this, they ignored me. **** Be careful with these services, you don't know who's car you're getting into, and what they're capable of. If something happens to you, Lyft will not care.
Review of kroger
Kroger is getting as bad as Walmart with forcing people to the self checkouts. Even with people backed up to the meat department, they refuse to open lanes. The store was very crowded today & they had two (2) checkers. I don’t work for Kroger, so l don’t use the self check outs! That customer service is the cost of doing business!!
