I called AAA for a tow to the nearest Audi dealer at 2 PM on a Saturday. I made 3 calls back in 3 hours - each time being told they had heavy volume and to be patient.After 3 hours waiting and after 2 cars pulled up next to my vehicle (next to a BP station in downtown Atlanta) and several youths exited the cars, urinated on the floor, threw trash all over, then left), I called again.I told the agent I was uncomfortable sitting in this gas station with my wife and daughter - and the agent told me to call 911 if I was nervous. He again repeated they had heavy volume and would call me when they were ready to pick up my car.ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS.Thank goodness that AUDI sent a tow truck - FOR 265$ or I would still be waiting there 18 hours later - as they STILL HAVE NOT CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY ARE READY TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE.Needless to say, as this is the first time I have called them in my 15 years of membership, I am cancelling my membership.They were useless and I am incredibly upset - wasted a whole afternoon and had to pay 265$ to get my vehicle removed to safety.MY ONLY ADVICE - BUYER BEWARE
