Firstly our luggage did not arrive in Sydney from Dubai. we arrived about 10pm and were told our luggage hadn't made the flight but would be there the following morning at 7am and delivered to our hotel by, at the latest, lunchtime. We had apple tags in our cases and indeed our cases did arrive in Sydney airport at 7am. HOwever despite this and the fact that our hotel was 15 minutes from the airport we did not receive our cases until 9pm and this was only after several calls to Emirates trying to establish when in fact we would receive our luggage. They were not interested. They advised they had closed the case early afternoon as it had now been passed over to a courier. Customer service was absolutely shocking. Our first day of our holiday was totally ruined and Emirates could not have cared less. Secondly the food on the flights was appalling. We were served up dried up chicken and for breakfast a totally burnt apple pastry. On this trip we flew with Emirates Quantas and Air New Zealand and Emirates was by far the worst we experienced.

O my god! If I could, I’d give negative star!! It’s absolutely terrible experience. What the hell we’re doing online check in, if they’re changing our seats “for accommodate” family. And me and my husband been sent somewhere on far rear, regardless our effort of online check in.

I've had DirecTV since its inception. It was always great with fantastic customer service. Then along came AT&T. Since then it has been one nightmare after another. Horrible service, constant disconnections and attempts at putting the blame on someone else, etc. and it takes hours and hours to try and get something resolved and even then, 9 times out of 10, nothing is resolved. After decades of having their service, I finally had to say goodbye. All because of the complete incompetence that is AT&T.

They advertise an unlimited download plan on Google searches. When you visit the site it says that it's an unlimited plan with unlimited downloads. Then after X amount of downloads it says "you have reached your limit of downloads. You can come back tomorrow." This is a limit. THE OPPOSITE OF UNLIMITED.I see a class action lawsuit or US penalties coming. I will be making a youtube video on this to raise awareness so no one else gives them money. They are using bait and switch and fraud to make money. This means that one can only assume that this company is run by criminals.

I signed up for one year. They charged me for two because they said I had auto-renew enabled. I went to check and it was enabled even though I had disabled it during my first visit. After two days I had the year I signed up for and a second year at a high price. It took several communications for them to reverse the charges. {But they did eventually do it.}
