I've had DirecTV since its inception. It was always great with fantastic customer service. Then along came AT&T. Since then it has been one nightmare after another. Horrible service, constant disconnections and attempts at putting the blame on someone else, etc. and it takes hours and hours to try and get something resolved and even then, 9 times out of 10, nothing is resolved. After decades of having their service, I finally had to say goodbye. All because of the complete incompetence that is AT&T.
