With all due respect, there are tons of other platforms and we got email lists exported anyway.I got really pissed off because, for some reason, I trusted this platform like no other. I texted the support obviously, but if they won't fix it, I'd be very eager to not say a single positive word about this platform ever again.Pretty sure they will revolve it positively, but I'll keep this in mind - this is just a platform and my work can be wiped out overnight.They may waste my time migrating to beehive, but at the end of the day, they're losing.To be clear - I wasn't trying to sell coke to anyone. I was just engaging as usual, as on any other platform.I'm now scared to leave a comment or text anyone.I'm really f****ng pissed off. That's what I get from being active on your platform and dedicating my twitter account for redirecting to you? If someone gets same message and doesn't plan to give up on the project. You're just sending them to the direct competitor which is Beehive... Well f****ng done Substack. Maybe you wasted my time and spread a bad world, but at least your competitor gets a new client :)

I have 500+ points on Pandora Canada and they conveniently put all the sale items on regular price. So i redeem my points. I went incognito to check again and the sale items are still on sale. Wishful thinking. You guys just lost a loyal customer l. Never again!!! 👎👎👎

I had a problem with my account because I wasn't a member anymore but wasn't seeing any ads. I contacted customer service and email a few but I guess they only got one. It wasn't there fought though I changed my mind twice and couldn't decide. So I guess they only got one email. Anyways I got my problem fix though it took a while.

It should be illegal to have a business that will not let you contact them. I am getting emails about a merchant account when I have never even made an account with Shopify and they will not let me speak to anyone unless I make an account.

Got voucher that expires on 6/27. Went on the 27th to use my voucher and it said expired. It actually expied on 6/26 11:59. Not the 7th at it said. I had to pay extra if I wanted to stay for bowling with my kids since the voucher expired. Was upset.

Absolutely shocking for buying & selling.Bought a pair of boots which took nearly 4 weeks to arrive with no communication what so ever.After reading the reviews it seems I’m very lucky.But then I sold a coat and it took 3 weeks to receive my money then depop took an extra £20 off me for fees so I’m the one who lost out? I would of put my prices higher. Communication from depop is non existent.Stick with Vinted guys, easy simple and genuine.
