Placed my order on 4/15 of Clinique foundation and Bare Minerals lipstick. This was a gift to myself for my birthday on 4/25. My order went through and was supposed to be here on 4/23. It didn't arrive that day and then said it would be the next day 4/24. Well, that turned into 4/25, then 4/26, and so on until finally it actually came on 4/28. When my nice bubble wrapped package got to me via USPS it was empty. EMPTY. I've tried to call their 1-800 number with 30-60 minute help times and got hung up on. Sent two 'Customer service' emails to them, via their website, which says you should hear from them in 24 hours. I sent an email on Tuesday and Wednesday and have yet to hear from them. I am so upset and disappointed. This is bad business practice.
