I made a booking for the AXYHOTELS milan through booking.com December 2024. Unfortunately, I was taken seriously ill and had to be admitted to hospital. I provided the airline with my hospital letter and was refunded immediately. The hotel and booking .com are refusing to deal with the matter. There is no refund. I have been waiting for 6 months to get this issue resolved! Appalling.

Giving one star because 0 stars is not an option. AT&T is absolutely evil. They are overpriced & have absolutely no care about how long you have been a customer with them. They are actively scamming people with fraudulent activities and hold no accountability for the results of their scams, which is actively removing money from their customers pockets. They are evil, evil, evil, and they make that fairly known by having a logo that resembles the Death Star. Never trust a company with a Death Star logo. Literally choose any company but AT&T.

Delivery personnel totally incompetent, the slightest problem and they take parcel back to depot, with no attempt to use a bit of initiative to overcome problem.Should have had a parcel delivered by 13.00, the parcel left delivery depot (Southampton) for delivery at 07.05 and returned to delivery depot (Southampton) at 10.44, because driver could not be bothered to ask workmen for access to address through roadworks which he would have been given, if he wasn't so lazy.

**Agoda’s Price Guarantee is a Scam – Terrible Service!** Agoda’s "Best Price Guarantee" is **fake**. When I submitted proof of a cheaper rate elsewhere, they **rejected it with excuses**. Their process seems rigged to **deny claims**. **Customer service is a joke:** - **Scripted, unhelpful replies** - **Slow responses** (days just to be ignored) - **No escalation** – "Decision is final" every time They **arbitrarily reject claims**, hiding behind "different conditions" even when everything matches. **Total scam.** **Never using Agoda again! Zero stars!””

Terrible. I’m not sure what happened, at one point you’d be able to call them and the service technician would be there anywhere between 25-30 minutes, now it’s 2-4 hours minimum. The last 4 times I’ve needed them, including today, it’s been HOURS, you literally have to call them and remind them you requested service multiple times. Quality of service down, reliability down, communication terrible, but of course prices remain the same or increase. Terrible.

I live surrounded by a nature reserve. There are many wealthy landowners around here. One particular landowner insists on mowing the surrounding area near his land. This area is rife with biodiverse life, and should not be mowed. I periodically speak to the National Trust representative of this area, who is always so sympathetic and lovely, always promising to talk to the landowner and inform him that it's not ok to interfere with a nature reserve that isn't on your land. Nothing changes,grass keeps getting mowed.Cancelling donation. Corrupt.

I had cancelled my trial before it ran out and was (I presume on accident) still charged the fee for the year of the faceswapper service.I contacted customer service and within 3 minutes Mark got back to me and told me that though (in his words) they "do not usually refund after trial period has expired" they still would in this case.It is great to have a good experience with customer service, especially after having to deal with ISP and Paypal customer service in a professional capacity.
