AXYHOTELS Milan

I made a booking for the AXYHOTELS milan through booking.com December 2024. Unfortunately, I was taken seriously ill and had to be admitted to hospital. I provided the airline with my hospital letter and was refunded immediately. The hotel and booking .com are refusing to deal with the matter. There is no refund. I have been waiting for 6 months to get this issue resolved! Appalling.
