I had cancelled my trial before it ran out and was (I presume on accident) still charged the fee for the year of the faceswapper service.I contacted customer service and within 3 minutes Mark got back to me and told me that though (in his words) they "do not usually refund after trial period has expired" they still would in this case.It is great to have a good experience with customer service, especially after having to deal with ISP and Paypal customer service in a professional capacity.
