Omg I have justed wasted 2 1/2 hours of my day trying to redeem a free mini fetch offer from telstra. First responded to an email, then chatted with Danica via app, then Hogan via 132200. They needed my licence details, verified my account details, needed my income details, wanted to do a credit check and eventually wanted my passport details which I declined to give...all to replace an existing perfectly good telstra tv box which will end up at the tip. Sadly no success and advised to now drive 50km to one of their stores to maybe redeem the mini fetch there. NOT HAPPY WITH TELSTRA AND ALL THE HOOPS I HAVE JUMPED THRU FOR NO RESULT. Long Term customer seriously considering the opposition!

Sent this questionaire without delivering my order so I’ll do the questionnaire based on service so far as opposed to actual product I was quoted 7 day delivery which is very slow in my opinion and almost stopped me ordering the item which is a gift for someone as I need the gift no later than 7 days from order date. Online service doesn’t match up to in store service which is always great and so far online process has been the wrong way round by asking for feedback before I’ve got item. Also 7 days for home delivery is rather slow.

I would give zero stars if possible. I uploaded a video in 2021, all my own work. In 2023 my IP is claimed by a bigger channel. I get their video removed as it contained my work. 2025 the big channel claims again on their removed video. YouTube refuses to acknowledge their system makes errors. Their watermark does not appear on all devices making creators work easy to steal. Appalling customer service who end chats because they can’t fix a problem. Dreadful.
