Terrible. I’m not sure what happened, at one point you’d be able to call them and the service technician would be there anywhere between 25-30 minutes, now it’s 2-4 hours minimum. The last 4 times I’ve needed them, including today, it’s been HOURS, you literally have to call them and remind them you requested service multiple times. Quality of service down, reliability down, communication terrible, but of course prices remain the same or increase. Terrible.
