Shockingly bad customer service. On Aug 19th 2024, we asked Emirates if they could update our Confirmation of Delay report (DXB/M/RPA/170724/16520399). The update was required by our travel insurer after a missed connection resulted in a significant delay. Despite chasing up our enquiry with Emirates on Sept 5th, we still have no response leaving us out of time to pursue our travel insurance claim.For a company which seeks to lead aviation and set a benchmark within the industry, Emirates establishes a very low bar for standards in customer service.

Ive been to Starbuck Manchester Fort this morning and ordered a cup of latte and a sandwich, but unfortunately! The person on the till punched the wrong keys so I ended up having 2 cups of latte instead of having a sandwich? Luckily a Good Man" turned up and his name is Franco. Right away he apologises for what happened with an assurance of making it right which is a very important. YOU WILL GET CAUGHT IN THEIR SUBSCRIPTION!!!Hi everyone,I wanted to share a rather disappointing experience I've had with Domestika in hopes of cautioning others. I recently purchased one of their £0.99 online courses, but to my dismay, I found out later that this purchase had somehow signed me up for a year-long subscription, costing a staggering £269,- which they had just taken from my bank account. Naturally, I was shocked and immediately reached out to them, explaining that this was clearly a mistake and expressing how shaken I was by the unexpected charge. I pleaded with them to please refund the amount, but the only response I received was a reference to their terms and conditions, stating that they don’t offer refunds.I emailed them again in hopes of resolving this issue, but it has been radio silence from their end ever since. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling deceived. So, I wanted to send out a warning to anyone considering purchasing anything from Domestika – be very careful, as you might end up being conned into a costly subscription without your knowledge.Please consider this a cautionary tale and exercise due diligence before making any purchases.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Great browser. I don't get why there's so much negativity around Brave here. Works fine, no ads, youtube works perfect. The mobile version sometimes freezes on my phone, but so be it, the desktop version works perfectly fine for me. And yes, the brave rewards are little, but since when do we expect to earn money for just using the internet? Get a job ffs.

Terrible customer service. Had the gift of membership from my children for a special birthday. Never been a member and really pleased with the gift. Received it in February. Hadn’t had chance to use it by March due to work commitments. Opened free to the general public...why?? Too busy for actual members to get in!E mailed customer services to ask for extension. Request denied. Was offered link to 25% off next year for person who paid for the annual membership!!!Absolutely ridiculous customer service in the current situation.

Lyft was one of the first rideshare apps I ever used. Requesting rides through the slick app is simple enough. But over many Lyft rides, I’ve experienced inconsistent service.While most drivers are fine, I’ve dealt with more unprofessionalism than other apps - complaining, fishing for 5 star reviews, etc. More worn-down vehicles too.The convenience can’t be denied and the pricing model is straightforward. However, frequent surge charges frustrate, and some ride experiences leave more to be desired.

HP Mini Workstation Z2 G9 with 5-year Active Next Day Business Onsite - DO NOT BUY. Bought from hp on the 25 April 2025 and installed on the 12 May 2025. On 30 May 2025 it failed. Though it turned on it will not connect to the new monitor (this is now connected to a laptop and is working just fine). It took 25 minutes to get to the point where I was able to speak to an hp agent. Though polite her solution was to clear and reinstall the operating system. I know from experience that this will not necessarily fix the issue – it has never done so in the past, and it could well happen again. I was told that I would be sent a USB stick to enable me to do this. As the files would be lost on the pc I should go to ??? to get them to copy the hard drive for me. All this is unacceptable; I expect a new pc to work without issue, or it is not fit for purpose. HP need to replace it and convince me why I should have another one rather than getting the £1,902.43 I back. Active Business Care in anything but active. Poor hardware and terrible service.

Amazon UK returns for slightly larger items is beyond a joke, Amazons designated courier - Evri FAIL 'evri' time to collect. Days wasted taking time off for the collection that NEVER HAPPENS. AMAZON CUSRTOMER CARE IS COMPLETLY NON-EXISTENT. Impossible to speak to anyone, if you are lucky enough to manage to speak to a human, they do nothing. 1 star is too much

This company is terrible. I bought a copy of Ulysses that was supposed to be in good condition. When I received it, the book was so marked up that I could not even read the text. Abe books said I could return it and they would reimburse me for shipping. Ulysses is a big book. It cost 19$ to send back and they would not honor the promise to reimburse me for shipping. I will never shop with them again and after reading the many reviews of similar bad experiences I hope others are wary of purchasing from them. Thrift Books on the other hand, honors their books condition and reached out to me to replace it after I left a negative review.
