Ive been to Starbuck Manchester Fort this morning and ordered a cup of latte and a sandwich, but unfortunately! The person on the till punched the wrong keys so I ended up having 2 cups of latte instead of having a sandwich? Luckily a Good Man" turned up and his name is Franco. Right away he apologises for what happened with an assurance of making it right which is a very important.
