Review of ebay
I recently sold some earrings that were vintage and could have been genuine jade. They had gold hallmarked screwbacks. I put them on auction for £9.99. I clearly stated in my listing that I didn't know if they were jade or not. The buyer who bid paid £32.00 plus p&p. This buyer then said they wanted to return them calling me a liar as I said they were jade, but I did not. They would not pay return postage. I said I would refund no problem but for them to pay the postage, but they refused. Ebay said I could lose my excellent rating. I said ok I would pay it and initiated the payment via Paypal. I then had a message from the buyer laughing and saying they now have the money and said they will not return the item as it's rightfully theirs. Obviously they have found they are real jade. Neither Ebay or Paypal will help me. Time the law stepped in to stop this bunch of crooks. People need to know about this

Discogs abuses of monopoly power (which has been gained over time, not quality) by providing a very poor and extremely arrogant customer care, as well as a terrible smartphone application, essential today and for the past decade. To the staff: don't reply that you're sorry etc. It's untrue, pointless, and makes every reader feel uncomfortable.

Terrible follow through! I ordered a customized controller as a gift, it costed a fair bit more since it was engraved and custom, and their shipper FedEx delivered it to the wrong house, I spend weeks on costumer support, hours of being on hold, trying to get a new one and a reimbursement since that is in no way my fault and I received no help from Fedex and Xbox has no been helpful in this process as they are unwilling to just communicate with there shipper and making me do all the calling and still have not reimbursed me! I am so frustrated as I was very patient and understanding but both parties are so unwilling to help it’s ridiculous!

Was very worried with reviews about empty boxes being delivered but order was delivered in well sealed undamaged box. Ordered Monday delivered Saturday, very pleased. Only comment, tracking didn't update until day of delivery. Really happy with phone too.

DO NOT USE BUY/RENT FEATURE THROUGH FANDANGO ON ROKU!!!! I wish there was an option for zero stars... I rented a movie through Roku and was charged for it but a message came up saying movie was not available... no option for refund or change and didn't tell me til after it charged me. I clicked link to fandango and the signin kept telling me my email was not valid even though it was entered correctly. I had to look up the number and call since I could get in through their site. I've now been on hold forever, probably overseas, and I should have been a quarter of the way through the movie by now instead of sitting on hold for money back!

We began using HubSpot just under a year ago as our CRM system and the main tool for marketing communications. Besides how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with all of the other tools we use (eg. WordPress) I'm really impressed by the excellent customer support. Best in class!

I ordered a graphics card on their website which was out of stock. I wasn’t told in any way shape or form the item was out of stock before purchasing, later that day I get a confirmation email for my order the email still doesn’t say anything about it being out of stock. So I wait 7 days for my package to arrive and nothing comes. I get an email at the end of the 7th day telling me my order won’t be delivered until mid January when I ordered on Nov 30. They let me purchase an out of stock product and didn’t notify me until a week later that it was out of stock. Thank you Dell, thank you for wasting my time and educating me. I’ve learned to never buy or attempt to buy anything from them ever again because their ability to communicate is that of a 2 year old.

This company is terrible. I bought a copy of Ulysses that was supposed to be in good condition. When I received it, the book was so marked up that I could not even read the text. Abe books said I could return it and they would reimburse me for shipping. Ulysses is a big book. It cost 19$ to send back and they would not honor the promise to reimburse me for shipping. I will never shop with them again and after reading the many reviews of similar bad experiences I hope others are wary of purchasing from them. Thrift Books on the other hand, honors their books condition and reached out to me to replace it after I left a negative review.
