Done. Just done buying from Discogs. If the seller doesn't indicate you paid, even if you have paid, Discogs threatens you with non-payment within 24 hours. I also had a seller not send a record, and Discogs said "Sorry. Too bad." That was it. It's amazing that in this day and age, a site that brokers transactions between two third parties hasn't learned that they need to provide assurances to both parties, without caveats. I no longer trust Discogs for an inexpensive purchase and certainly for my high end purchases. I've completely lost faith in my ability to successfully complete the simplest of transactions. Stay away if you're smart.

I returned a £15 99 hoodie for a refund the same day I purchased it and they only refunded me £6 39. I got on to customer service and they sent a useless automated message that was nothing to do with my question asking why they had kept £9 60 of my money. I tried another four times an just kept getting the same message. I can't get an answer and imagine how many people have been conned like that. No communication at all. I,ll never use them again after spending hundreds of pounds with them. Be very wary of them especially if you need a refund. They're making profits by conning people. The reply I received yesterday is the same as lots of people on here are getting. Asking for more info which they have. Order number etc. still no explanion or reason for keeping £9 60 of my refund. Edit, no communication since so they,ve kept my £9 60. Imagine how many people that happens to. Keep away from them folks, and read the bad reviews

I was told i couldn't access my Hotmail account as someone else may have access to it, after a lot of messing around i was completely locked out of my emails which are very important to what i do and wasted a lot of my money then they told me for a charge of £49 i may get access back to my account, complete rip off service. xiaomihave refused to repair my xiaomi electric scooter which is under warranty. unless i pay their repair centre called sbe ltd over £100.This is illegal under Under Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods have to be fit for purpose and satisfactory quality.I have bought an xiaomi electric scooter. it comes with a 2 year warranty. xiaomi uses a third party for the repairs called sbe ltd company number 03203217. this company is violating uk law. they have refused to do the repair based on oxidation damage. and software being corrupted.the scooter has only had normal use and therefore if oxidation has happened due to moisture in the air and the components of the scooter not being made or sealed properly this needs to be repaired without cost. Under Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods have to be fit for purpose and satisfactory quality. a scooter is meant to be ridden on in hot or cold weather and therefore components if not sealed properly can oxidize from the atmosphere. furthermore the scooter software was upgraded through the official app in the normal manner. if it gets corrupted this way then this comes under the consumer act once again and needs to be repaired for free.this company is violating uk law by placing a blanket rule that any issues related to software corruption or oxidation is not covered under warranty.this needs to be stopped immediately.my scooter is an xiaomi essentials, serial no: 25702/00225730 repair no: WB-MI-0039321-001.

I am happy with Bitdefender Total Security and have been using it for years, but I am not at all happy with Securepass. I was happy with the passwordmanager, but it now converted to Securepass. Transferring the passwords from the Passwordmanager gives you a folder in which you have to scroll and find your password. Half of the list in my case just says Account, so you have no idea where to look for your password. It does not automatically fill in the password for a website like the passwordmanager used to. I just don't get why they changed a good product to something inferior, I hate it. I want Password manager back!

I purchased a laptop on 11/30/2024. Microsoft shopping popped up with an "up to" 30% cashback offer, when I added the laptop to my cart, so I turned it on. I read the "offer details" which didn't mention anything about turning off an ad blocker or not using another program along with MS shopping. It only stated, " no coupon codes". I did not add the $20 code I had received for signing up for email.I had to wait 30 days for HP to authorize the payment, so they are involved with MS shopping. I was told my cashback was refused because I had an ad blocker running. They investigated the situation and then told me I was denied because I had another cashback or rewards program running.I sent a complaint through Microsoft's complaint forum. The gentleman who responded was named "Martin.D". He agreed there was nothing in the "offer details' about disabling or not using anything to avoid being turned down for cashback.Also, there were no specifics for the "up to" 30% cashback. What purchase qualifies for 30%? Martin agreed with that as well. HP also investigated and came to the conclusion that they are not involved with MS shopping and HP is not responsible for "pop-ups" installed on my computer. There was fraud and lies told by both companies. I just hope I got a good laptop at this point and will never buy anything from HP again.

The only solution they offer was „you can buy new tickets we do not care”Zero costumer service abusive stupid staff with no common sense. Please keep away from the webside. Absolutely shocking. Dashlane is a great app for password management. I've used it for 6 or 7 years on my iPhone and it makes the logging in on different sites so much easier. It also stores those all important passwords so you don't have to repeat them. I just had to use their support and that was fantastic. Shout outs to Manuel and Cat for their help. Great and timely responses and a good solution to my issue. Thank you.

Account got hacked, there is no way of speaking to Instagram about this as there’s no contact for them, the email addresses I’ve found I have not received a reply from them, my account has pictures of my little boy on which is now in the possession of a hacker! They also have access to information of my kids school, my work address, my partners work address and our home address, I’ve had no choice but to contact the police for all of our safety especially my 6 year old son, absolutely disgusting from Meta/Instagram, they are also withholding my privacy information which by law under GDPR I am legally entitled to.
