Bought a Jackson dinky for my 16 year old grandsons birthday. He is one happy teenage camper now, he loves his new Jackson guitar. The (young) sales staff were very helpful and friendly. I paid for the guitar on the g.center website, then picked it up a couple of hours later at a nearby retail store. I am 100% satisfied. Thanks Guitar Center.

I used to love Getresponse but not anymore.Customer service is now awful, delivery rates are awful and they are just want to take your money.I have been using GetResponse for over 15 years with various businesses, projects and groups. Sadly over the last few years things have gone very bad.A few examples are:1. 40% of our mailing lists subscribers went missing overnight. On asking them why they told us these email addresses were bouncing. I did question why such a high number in one night and they were unable to answer. As a result, customers started to complain they were not getting the regular info.2. On uploading a new campaign of email subscribers the system prompted us to upgrade our subscription level to include these higher numbers. We do so and agreed to a new price. Our next bill was considerably higher than the agreed price and on asking customer services we were told to check the pricing on the website. I did complain about the agreed price and dod not get a response.3. When we upgraded, the system hit an error and the new subscriber list got stuck. Uploads after that were only added to the system 30% of the time with no error message. We asked customer services to fix the issue and they kept telling us to delete the new upload but there was not an option to do this anywhere. I asked several times on how to do this and was told support would get back to us and they never did.In the end a member of staff did fix the issue but blamed the problem on us despite us being unable to delete the uploaded file. Support was very rude about this. This issue meant we were unable to use the system for over a month, despite paying an immediate fee to upgrade and another month's fees. Our request for compensation or a refund was ignored.4. Deliverability has really really dropped over the last 2 years and we started moving some campaigns to other providers to find they shot back up. On removing a high number of users support confirmed the monthly bill would automatically be reduced down.On checking billing the next day the monthly fee had not been reduced and on contacting support again I was told the previous adviser was wrong. The monthly bill was then reduced down but shortly after our payment from the bank had gone up not down.On contacting support I was told they would sort it out and it was sent to billing to refund. Billing replied back and refused to refund.5. Support often give out the wrong information and do not reply back as promised. Each member of support seems to give a very different answer. Technical problems are better solved on community forums as support usually get it wrong.Almost every time I have asked for help, it takes 3 to 4 separate support chats to get things resolved.6. The system is buggy and has many problems.You have to check your emails have actually been sent as on several occasions a scheduled email has not been sent.On composing emails the system often has errors and you can be quite a way through to find you have to refresh and the whole message is lost, meaning you have to start again.An annoying support tab appears on the left side of screen meaning you have to keep scrolling to see your message behind it.In the past year I believe I have been overcharged £150+ due to their problems and wasted a few days of work trying to resolve their problems.Thankfully we have moved most of our campaigns away and will move the last few this week and then close the account.

I wanted to purchase quite an expensive subwoofer but noticed that the Amazon price - from a third party seller - was £50 more than that seller’s online shop.I contacted Amazon via Livechat and was told to purchase the item and that the £50 would be refunded to my gift card balance within 12-24 hours.After this time had expired with no refund appearing, I contacted customer service who told me that the employee had acted incorrectly, that Amazon never price match and that I would not receive the promised refund. I was offered a total refund if I returned the product.Now: I went ahead with the purchase of this item on the express condition that the £50 price difference would be refunded. Perhaps the employee was at fault but this is not my concern.There was a straightforward contractual agreement here which Amazon have breached.

SCAM!!! Buyer beware. I tried to cancel my monthly subscription and would have charged an early cancelation fee of over $80. I have other subscriptions where you pay extra per month, just so you can cancel before the end of the year if you want, so I thought that is what this was. I waited until the end of the year and went to cancel 8 days before the last day and they still threatened to charge an early cancelation fee of $10. Not only is the customer service awful, but the product itself is not user-friendly in any way. It actually complicates that should be simple like getting a signature on a documents. Just run.

Kickstarter as a platform is a great initiative as long as the platform does more than collecting money. I have also been scammed in the past by the MIITO team. A group of German young entrepreneurs who lied the complete campaign mentioning that they only required money for the production cycle. It appeared that they never had a working product. They raised a total of 800 thousand euros!!! As expected they run away with the amount and all the 6 thousand backers stayed empty handed. We have done anything but it did not help. What really struck me is the way Kickstarter allows these scams. At the moment that a project is successfully backed, Kickstarter takes their portion of the money and transfers the whole amount to the entrepreneur. I mean at least send the fund in portions and request for updates every month.. They never check what these “entrepreneurs” will do with the money and Kickstarter never ever takes the responsibility. They never check if the story of the entrepreneur is correct (in our case MIITO definitely lied as they never had a product in the first place). Kickstarter also provides zero after service. The report button gives you some hope that Kickstarter is there for you. But they never come back to you. I mean why should they, right? They already got their portion of the scam money. As long as Kickstarter does not stand up against the scammers, lots of people will be scammed. Unfortunately this is the new way for crooks to get their hand on hard earned money of the brave citizens and Kickstarter is very happy to help them..

They are not my only means of obtaining news of current events, though I LOVE the American Thought Leaders segments.

Ordered an 85” TV for delivery on Monday 27th. Panther logistics damaged it so didn’t deliver. Samsung will not ship a replacement until they get the damaged unit back to the warehouse. Panther have 7-14 days to get damaged returns back to Samsung! So I must wait 14 days to get the TV delivered.Can you imagine this customer service from Amazon?Now I see on Trustpilot Samsung are a 1 star company - I wish I had checked BEFORE ordering; I would have ordered LG.

Let me begin by stating that I have been a fan of and owned quite a few Samsung products over the years from phones ( Samsung phones are all I have purchased for the last 20-25 yrs ), to refrigerators and a stove. They have always been reliable products. Over the last year, I have had to make many calls, chat online, or text their customer service depts. I wish I could say that the complaint I'm about to make was an isolated instance, but it is not. I also want to state this review is not about any one person. Their representatives have ALWAYS been kind and offered as much help as they could to resolve my issues. My complaint.....I DETEST that C.S. is outsourced to foreign countries that must think just because you state you are bilingual does NOT mean you are fluent! Fluency means you can communicate your response and UNDERSTAND the customer's problems WITHOUT the customer REPEATING themselves OVER, AND OVER, AND OVER, and you, the CS rep, can CLEARLY convey your answer so that it is also understood! If I have to ask you OVER, AND OVER, ÀND OVER to repeat your answer, or ask you to transfer me to someone else because I can NOT understand you, then you do NOT speak fluent English! EXP... I called Samsung earlier in the week and spent an HOUR AND TWENTY-FIVE min, being transferred four times, and hung up once during one of those transfers. The last rep DID speak fluent English even though it was not his native tongue, and answered my question after asking it only ONE time! If a company is going to sell their products in another country, then by golly they need to have CS reps from the same country their products are being sold in! It is a no-brainer! I KNOW I am not the only person who feels this way. Samsung is not the only company that outsources its CS to companies whose reps speak Indian/Hindu. (To anyone who responds to this review, don't make this about race. It is about foreigners speaking fluent English in a country that speaks primarily English.) Corporations have a statement at the beginning of their automated messages stating a call is either recorded or may be recorded, so why can't they use that opportunity to train whatever rep had a customer like me who has to repeat OVER, AND OVER, AND OVER or states they, the customer, is unable to understand their rep, to speak the customer's primary language more fluently?!?! Or better yet, and I'll repeat this, hire people that were born and raised in said country? Not only have I spent more time than I care to on the phone, but here I sit writing a review that has also taken up my time. Did I have to write this and use up time I could have spent doing something in my personal life? ABSO-FRIGGIN-LUTELY I did!! This situation is getting worse by the day. Hey Corporate America, making money also means keeping your customers happy so they buy from you again. This customer AIN'T happy right now!!!!

Went to Tredegar House, Newport on Friday with the grandchildren. I went into the Cafe and purchased ice cream and a coffee. I needed to use their toilets but found a sign saying that they were for men and women. I returned to the cafe and was overheard saying that I disagreed with sharing toilets with men. A member of staff overheard my comment and started challenging me as to why I didn’t like sharing toilets. I explained I have my own views but she wouldn’t let the matter drop.. end result she, quite loudly, labelled me as homophobic! Obviously she doesn’t have a clear understanding of the term she randomly threw at me. My daughter wrote to her manager to complain but was advised that she was right and that there was a notice on the toilet door stating that the mens toilet was out of use , hence men could use the womens. I didn’t see any such sign. In addition there are other accessible toilets on site so why did they feel the need to share the womens. I am disappointed that the National Trust representatives would condone such aggressive behaviour by a member of their staff. By the way, throughout my long working career, part of my role has usually included that of diversity champion. A role I have diligently undertaken.

I had been a Domain.com customer for many years (since 2012) and managed my domain through their platform without issues — until recently. When I encountered a serious problem with my account and domain access, I contacted their support via live chat.Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue, and when I asked for an escalation or compliance contact, they gave me an email address that turned out to be invalid and rejected my message with a permanent error.There seems to be no way to get real help beyond the basic chat, even in complex or urgent situations. Very disappointing from a company that manages critical services like domain ownership.

I bought a $150.00 book.They sent me a $17.00 with a similar Title.I paid for shipping to received the book. I had to pay for shipping again to send back the book due to their mistake.I initiated a refund few day ago.I still haven't received my money back on my credit card after few days.I will probably have to open a dispute with my credit card company to fight for the amount of money spent on the book.Moreover, the customer service doesn't exist.They do not have a phone number where to call.They only have an email address where you can write and they usually answer after 1 or 2 days. However, their answer are always the same. Big lies.So, please do not run in my same mistake.Do not buy from them!!!!!!Do not buy from them!!!!!!Poor/unexisting costumer service!!!
