BBB is absolutely SCAM. BBB deleted all negative reviews of all customers for the SCAM company gooddog.com and I believe that not for free. Now this gooddog.com that violated all California Privacy Policies and continues to violate our rights, doing false advertising, collecting private information - this gooddog.com has only positive reviews. This is not right and violates certain laws and regulations. I believe that one scam and corrupted company like BBB covers another scam company gooddog.com. complain go to the government for investigation BBB AND gooddog.com
