Great customer service

I like Dell monitors because when the monitor had a quality issue, Dell sent me a replacement BEFORE requesting the old monitor back. This is critical for me, because I am working from home on a desktop computer. I wouldn't be able to work without the monitor. If I was asked to send the monitor back before getting a new one, I would rather buy a new one instead -- I did that once. I had a ViewSonic monitor that had heavy red corners, and they required me to send the malfunctioning one back first. I had no choice but to purchase the current Dell monitor so I could continue with my job. In the future, I will not choose any monitor other than Dell.
