Flew business class from Tokyo to Dubai 27 November. Emirates damaged my Samsonite suitcase, acknowledged liability and filed a report. Having heard nothing from Emirates after 2 weeks, I called Emirates and was told that K2 global - a baggage company - would be in touch. K2 called to arrange collection of the baggage on Tuesday 17 December (no designated time - customer has to be available all day) - courier did not show up. Same thing happened on Wednesday 18 December. Have emailed K2 and have yet to get a response. Shame on you Emirates!

Aunque ya no estoy pagando cuota, lo hice durante un tiempo y me pareció el medio de información que más útil es apoyar de los que he visto. La colocación de las noticias para facilitar su lectura me parece muy correcta. A mi me gusta leer de todos los "bandos", pero es delicado valorar un medio de información ya que todos tenemos cierta tendencia de ideas que nos hacen tirar hacia uno u otro lado, pero me pareció de los más objetivos y desde luego con mayor inversión dentro de sus posibilidades en periodismo de investigación (ojo, no confundir esto con el periodismo amarillo tan común hoy en día). Es muy probable que vuelva.

ENGLISH version below:Ho acquistato un abbonamento PlayPro,pochi giorni dopo Hanno utilizzato la mia carta di credito per attivare un altro abbonamento PlayPro.Ho chiamato l'assistenza, spiegato la situazione,loro mi hanno rimborsato i soldi del 1 pagamento..ma mi hanno disattivato l'abbonamento...cioe come al posto di disattivare l'abbonamento del hacker, hanno disattivato il mio abbonamento e lasciato attivo quello del hacker pagato con i miei soldi.. vi pare normale? non acquistero mai piu un prodotto EA, peccato per loro, ero un cliente felice, altrimento non avrei nemmeno pensato di attivare l'abbonamento PlayPro, ma mi hanno truffato, e non mi sta bene.PS non posso fargli causa perche ufficialmente la loro sede legale è in Svizzera, ed un legale mi ha chiesto 15mila franchi per cominciare la denucia e le pratiche per avere il rimborso.ENGLISH versionI bought an abbonement PlayPro.Few days later an hacker used my credit card to buy another abbonement.I contacted the assistance, explained the situation, they have reimbursed me 1 payment..but then they have deactivated my account.. and eft the Hacker account valid..is it normal?instead of protect me they have protected the hacker.. I asked to a legal for help, but as they have officialy the legale address in Switzerland, the legale asked me 15k CHF to start the procedure and of course I cannot afford that.Pity for them: I was an happy customer but will never buy anymore an EA product

Absolutely the worst service I've ever used in my life!. I've been with Paypal over 20 years. Recently took out a loan from Loanbuilder which has been great for me. I paid back every month no issues. They actually just offered me another loan because I've been such in good standing. Now Paypal Braintree is another animal and they are absolutely ridiculous with their ways of handling their customers which is us the Merchant not the BUYERS. Their service is SET UP TO HELP FRAUD PURCHASES...I had a $17,000 Sale come on my website. I called them three days later (since they did not send me THE NORMAL email saying that it was potentially fraudulent AND DONT SHIP which they normally did previously.). Because it was such a large purchase I asked the rep if there was anything fishy as the BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS WERE DIFFERENT. She (The Phone Rep) was rather rude, and gave me no information whatsoever about the potential charges of the card or if it was any way something I should worry about. She was very vague, and told me the money would be arriving in three days. When the money arrives I went and ordered the item for my client, and shipped it out to him with tracking number (signature required.) A month later Paypal Braintree sent me a chargeback saying that it was fraud. Then tell me I need to pay them all of the money or they're going to close my account and send it to collections.I am now using Stripe which does not let this happen whatsoever. I sale like that does not even go through Stripe, and they also have an app where you can actually see the attempts being made and AMOUNTS THEY ARE ATTEMPTING. Paypal Braintree HAS NO SUCH SUPPORT LET ALONE AN APP!! They tell you everything after a chargeback comes in! Braintree is a branch off Paypal which I loved using before getting allowing Braintree to PROCESS MY WEBSITE SALES. They are a company that cares less about us the merchant. They want our money and give us no support whatsoever. After the POTENTIAL charge back came in THEN the rep went inside of the back en, and told me that the client had tried to use that card before, looks pretty FISHY, and that I would be 100% responsible if it turns out to be fraud!!!!!!! Which it did. Within the last Paypal Loanbuilder CALLED ME AND offered me another loan. They was sending me the money then for new loan and Paypal Braintree blocked it because they send the money to my PayPal account which BRAINTREE now has limited until I pay them back in full. They make you sign ironclad agreements when you sign up with them, and then give you absolutely no support!!!! Tell me what was I supposed to do hold onto the item for a month? What type of position does that leave us in as the Merchant? Only thing you're telling me is they understand my frustration but that the Merchant is always 100% responsible for fraud. Mind you when they signed up to do my website processing they did not give me 30 seconds of consultation about this. I mean at all!!! We the merchant are supposed to notice. We are supposed to be professionals at fraud. Even though this is what the company is selling us. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! #FredTheJeweler

I live in Portugal, but I spent a month in Cyprus (Paphos).During my stay, my ASUS ROG laptop — which I rely on for both work and gaming — suddenly stopped turning on. After a few days of instability, it died completely.Since the laptop is still under warranty (9 months remaining), ASUS support instructed me to bring it to their official service lab in Larnaca, which handles Cyprus and Greece.On May 30, I delivered the laptop in person. I was promised the repair would be done within 7 business days.What actually happened?• I made over 20 calls to the lab — not one answered• I received no updates — no email, no call, no message• I had to travel to the lab 3 separate times, from Paphos — a 2-hour drive each way — just to get basic informationWhen I finally got there, I was told the motherboard had failed, and that they had ordered a replacement. I reconfirmed my contact details and was told I would get an update the following Tuesday.That update never came.By then, more than 12 days had passed, and I was about to fly back to Portugal.I explained to ASUS that I urgently needed the device for work. Still, no one contacted me.On the day of my flight, I made a final trip to the lab — desperate.And then I was told:❌ The part they ordered was wrong / incompatible❌ The laptop was still not repaired❌ I would need to wait even longer — with no ETATo make things worse, when I came to collect the laptop — on the way to the airport — they made me wait 20 minutes, even after I told them I was in a rush to catch a flight.I ended up spending well over €100 on taxis and fuel alone — and walked away with zero resolution.The most frustrating part?They weren’t even rude. They were just completely indifferent — like this issue didn’t matter at all.There was no sense of responsibility. No urgency. No effort to help.ASUS – this isn’t just poor customer service. This is a total failure of responsibility, care, and leadership.I’m publicly sharing this and asking for a senior ASUS representative to contact me.I followed every step of your process — and was ignored, delayed, and left with nothing.
