The BBB gets paid by business' for a good rating and for them (the BBB) to NOT publish honest bad reveiws. The BBB is an irrelevant, useless, completely powerless mob that is only interested in getting money out of people. A good example is a complaint I lodged with a californian branch of the BBB concerning GOOGLE and was completely ignored. I have sent them 4 emails and none have been responded to let alone dealt with. The BBB opitimises this countries attitudes - "money talks" and a "it's not what you know, but who you know" philosphy.
