I made an order of five clothes, and spent almost $200, and the order was cancelled within an hour for no said reason. The problem is, I was charged immediately while the order cancellation email claims that I have not been charged. So, I resort to customer service, and I was told that the order was cancelled because "Unfortunately, your order was cancelled because we did not receive a response to our email asking you to verify your order."There was NO email about any verification for any order I had made. That was my first loss of trust. They suggested that I just made another order, but they did not give me my money back so I asked for it back. They told me to wait three days, which I did and I had not received my refund yet. I contact customer service again, and the story is completely different this time. They claim that they cancelled the order because they needed more information from me, so I asked for what information they needed - no answer. Now, customer service tells me to wait four more days for both a reason for cancellation from the financial team, and for the funds to be returned to my bank account. Another problem is, the first customer service agent suggested that I make another order, while the second one says I cannot make another order otherwise it will be immediately cancelled. Terrible online store that cannot take orders and fulfill them with proper communication to the customer itself. I expected more of a big company, and for a week I am short of my own money, and without clothes.UPDATE: One week without a refund, it has now passed the told 3 day waiting time for a refund and an additional 4 day waiting time for that refund and an explanation.
