I logged in to find care for a friend of mine, paid all the additional fees to have all the additional services and then I go to find a caregiver and it locks me out due to community guidelines, but I could not have broken any guidelines because I hadn’t even used the site yet and when I go to email them, it says oops we’re having issues try again later and this is been going on for 24 hoursand there is no customer service help all you can do is email them and I think that’s really poor customer service

Active campaign is easy for me to use. I am a solopeneaur, and not marketing minded, but the platform makes it easy. I use it for email marketing and automation. Any time I've ever had an issue- reaching out to them has been easy ans they've been helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

The mystery was a little cheesy, but fun and funny, too. The venue was nice, but the speaker system was difficult to hear and there was a lot of feedback. They also seemed to need more staff. There was only one bartender and one person taking food orders, but no table service. We cleared our own dishes back to the bar.

WORST PACKAGING EVER. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. BRAND NEW BOOKS ALWAYS ARRIVE DAMAGED, DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THEY RESEND THEM. THEY TAKE PACKAGING AS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I HAVE TO KEEP RETURNING THE SAME BOOKS THAT I PAID A BRAND NEW PRICE FOR, BUT THEY STILL ARRIVE DAMAGED. FIRST TIME THEY SENT BOOKS IN A BOX, THOSE WERE DAMAGED. I RETURNED THEM AND KINDLY TOLD THE LADY TO WRITE A NOTE ON THERE FOR THEM TO PACKAGE THEM CAREFULLY. SHE SAID SHE DID. THIS FELL ON DEAF EARS. THEY SENT THE BOOKS AGAIN BUT NOW IN A THIN ENVELOPE THE SECOND TIME AROUND. I'M NOT GONNA KEEP DRIVING BACK TO PUROLATOR OR STAPLES TO RETURN MY ITEMS, IT'S AN ABSOLUTE PAIN. NOT TO MENTION I HAVE TO PRINT THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL EVERYTIME WHICH COMES OUT OF MY POCKET. AMAZON DOES NOT TAKE PACKAGING SERIOUSLY AT ALL. THIS IS A PACKAGING ISSUE, NOT A COURIER ISSUE. IT'S NOT A PRODUCT ISSUE EITHER. I WILL NOT SHOP WITH AMAZON AGAIN. THEY LEAVE NO OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE TO REVIEW HOW THEY PACKAGE ITEMS, ONLY PRODUCTS WHICH IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE. THEIR CHAT HELP ON THE WEBSITE IS A ROBOT, THAT CAN'T ACTUALLY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I CAN AND WILL GET BOOKS ELSEWHERE THAT AREN'T DAMAGED. ALL BECAUSE YOUR PACKAGING IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.

Now I’m out $651.95 and I had to get the police involved and file fraud charges on the customer bc square didn’t investigate with the information I gave them! This customer was about to be put in jail bc of square negligence

At every step of the way they have failed, lied and customer service sucks- there brown is for shit- that's what they are. 7 days for a 2 day air package that has been mis routed, mis scanned and neglected every step of the way - and it's still no where to be found - I consistently and meaningless status updates that make no sense, often having the package depart before it has even arrived - Use any other service but shit brown UPS

Awful company. I have signed up to a subscription without my knowledge and had over £60 taken from my bank account. Understandably, this is incredibly distressing in the current economic climate, alongside the subscription being started without my consent. I have received absolutely 0 help from The Times, who have instead sent robot like emails blaming me for the problem. I didn't read the times before, and I definitely will never start reading in the future.

I placed an order for 2 shirts for my daughter and I received them so fast! Literally less than 10 days! Then when I opened them they were too small for her. I contacted Redbubble and less than 24 hours after I contacted them they had ordered a reprint for the shirts and sent me an email letting me know to donate the items that were too small to my local charity! I was so blown away by how fast they resolved my issue and how fast it got here! There wasn't a bunch of questions or back and forth emails.....they just fixed it!! It was SO AWESOME!! I WILL BE RECOMMENDING REDBUBBLE to any and everyone who will listen to me!!
