I had someone access my card data and filed a fraud complaint. I was told I would take 2 weeks to resolve by the CSR. I am on week 4. They tell you they are crediting your balance which, essentially means, they lower your available limit by the fraudulent amount. I have complained as far up the chain as I can. Their service is horrible.

I was so addicted to Bored Panda and chimed in on interesting memes, and I usually got good feedback. Then one day I tried to post a comment and realized it wouldn't post. Turns out I got an email from Bored Panda admin claiming that I violated their community guidelines because of a comment that was NOT offensive! All it took was ten downvotes and I violated their Community Guidelines. Ten people who didn't like my comment or butt-downvoted and that justified my violating their guidelines. Dumb, stupid, and lame.

Zara has the worst customer service its no existent. They have said a returned item has been worn, which it hasn't. I cant get hold of anyone on Whatsapp or the chat, does anyone know how I can complain about this company, they have zero customer service, its a disgrace

Bought a laptop on Boxing Day and got a good deal, unit arrived quickly and the same day I got it I set it up and let way through the setup the unit lost power and shut down, went online to their site and tried everything to no avail. Called them up on the same day I received it, told them my problem and said I would like a replacement, they checked their stock told me that they had a replacement and the next day I get an email saying that.they didn’t have stock so I should just put in for a refund. I told them that I still wanted the computer and was willing to wait for one to come back into stock. They said I should get it by Jan 15z Jan 4th I reach out just wanting to make sure they haven’t forgotten about me and then the story changed to (after several convoluted exchanges) that I had until Jan 15 to get a refund otherwise I would buy the brick and they would no longer replace the unit. So here I am I bought a top end laptop from them at a good price, it craps out and then they don’t do the right thing which would be to replace the thing but instead tell me that I have a time limit and if inwantnronmakenaureningetbmy money back in better return it by Jan 15. I tried to get them to just honor the replacement and I said I would be willing to wait but they said, sorry it’s our policy. So they basically forced me to lose out on the deal I got, return the P.O.S. And buy another one at a higher price. What a joke!!! Not what any of us would consider reasonable.
