Failed Express Delivery to UK and lazy customer service.

I have had the exact same experience as a previous review by Simon Harman. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a new camera on Monday and paid for next day express delivery as I am leaving for a trip on Friday. I received an email from UPS on Tuesday morning to say a missing commercial invoice is causing it to be held at crustoms. After a few hours of waiting, I finally managed to get in contact with a customer service agent who assured me the order team was looking into it and would have it resolved by end of day. I checked on Wednesday morning and it is still stuck in customs with no change. I spent another couple of hours trying to get in contact with someone again and tell them to either clear it through customs today or refund my money as I need it by Thursday at the latest.I was told they would contact me before end of business day with an update. It is now well past end of business hours without any update or confirmation. UPS still has a missing invoice notification and they have updated the estimated earliest delivery time to Friday morning (assuming the invoice is received) by which time I will already be on a flight and no one will be able to accept any delivery for the next week. The camera was bought for this trip. GoPro are unable to deliver on the service offered. Customer service is lazy and unhelpful making promises they are unable to keep.For anyone in the UK, I urge you to reconsider purchasing from Gopro. And definitely do not waste money on paying for express delivery.
