I just opened this account with WF and have been lied to back and forth. When I called to discuss a payment that was pulled by another business that was an error, WF advised they WOULD NOT return my car payment because the other business called and said it was their mistake and they were putting the money back on my account along with the fees. Well, I get this email the next day saying my car payment was returned. I had the reps name who I spoke to but found out from the claims department, they have no way of knowing who I spoke to. THEY DO NOT RECORD THEIR CALLS!!! Hmmm, this is what they say when I call them!! Also, their services are not good. To get overdraft protection, you have to have a checking, savings AND you MUST have a credit card through them!! I don't need nor do I want a credit card. My opinion, they want those overdraft fees they charge! Go figure. I notice when I go into the bank, they cater to foreigners and I've heard them get very irate with these customers because they can't understand them and possibly getting over these people!! SMH! Please be careful with WF, they are a very dishonest company!!
