Their customer service is diabolical. I've been trying to get into my account the past 3 days. At first the online chat tech pit me through to a phone call which I could not understand, she then put me through to a technician who again I could not quite understand. All he kept saying was change my password. He was not grasping the fact that I could log in fine but after I've logged in it's asking for a verification code which has been sent to my mobile phone. The code has never been received. Day 2 I tried and the same thing happened, again I was over an hour trying to get through and was cut off, I tried again later and got nowhere. So I've tried again since and was told its a problem they are aware of and trying to fix. Today still cannot get into my account.
