I honestly don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here. Ive shopped online on UO many times before and most of my orders came really quickly; apart from one item that got cancelled and refunded because it was out of stock (but I am from the UK, so it might be different for some people?). The Customer service is also really good, I advice emailing them because they reply quickly and will most likely do something about it. The clothes are also really good quality and fashionable too.
