Excellent customer service , Very polite and professionalism, fast response. I forgot my login email and password. I submitted the issue to the help desk , and I got a response really fast in less than 1 minute. I also got a link to the login icon via email-exchanges because I did not remember where to log in. The issue was resolved and I am a happy camper. I would recommend the product to anyone who has a need for it. I have a yearly subscription plan

Caution when redeeming credit.I bought a flight and then cancelled it shortly after. I was credited the flight cost to use on the same airline. When i went to redeem the credit 6 months later, the amount was penalized and reduced by more than half of the credit i had owing. The explanation was that 'because i am changing my flight'. The flight i was 'changing' was the flight that was cancelled 6 months earlier and that had been and gone months earlier. Regardless of when you try and book a new flight, it will be considered a 'flight change' from the previously cancelled flight, and you will be penalized. Expedia will place the blame on the airline of course. It is a very deceitful practice, and entirely unethical.

Bought a gift but due to timing of the birthday present wasn’t opened until the 28th day. The shoes didn’t fit properly as the sizing was not inline with other institutions . Went to send back but was refused as was on the 29th day. Went to senior who didn’t answer the questions that I had asked in regard to offering a credit note and still no response from a further 2 emails sent. Poor customer service.

Difficult to work with: ZOOM was well positioned when covid set in, but since then many platforms are available. Check them out before you sign up for ZOOM. They won’t let you out of the “contract”. I tried to get our struggling NOT FOR PROFIT a refund and was flatly denied, Obviously a business does not have to care about its customers, but maybe it is good business to care that a customer is not using your product so should be let out of the “contract” early. ZOOM is no longer the best or easier to use. Try someone else. David Shircliff is a liar and thief. We hired him to do a remodel of our bathroom. He stated that he gets discounts with certain vendors, one being Honest Homes so we picked out a cabinet, linen closet, knobs and a faucet (faucet was not with Honest Homes) . He quoted us the price we paid him to order custom cabinets knowing that it takes 6-8 weeks. Come time to install the cabinets David is a no show. He wont answered if or when he will repay the $4,500, he only said he does not know what happen and that he has tried to call and text Honest Homes and no one returns his call. This was in March

Horrible experience! I booked my hotel through The Knot's wedding site, and have been trying to change my hotel dates for several weeks now. Every time I call the number, I get put on hold for literally HOURS, sometimes never getting through to a person. I have tried using their online site options to request a call multiple times, and NEVER received a call back. Today, I tried calling the hotel directly, and they have no record of my reservation, and have never heard of The Knot. Keep in mind, I paid for my hotel reservation in full. This company is a scam. Don't use them!

I signed up for the free service and have sent out 500 emails. It went good; 35% open rate, and nearly no unsubscribers (below 1%). When I got into a paid plan, an employee called Alexander basically called me a liar that our subscribers have not subscribed to our service. I have paid 70 euros for the service, and now I cannot send anything. SendPulse is clearly a scam and seems logical that they have such a bad rating. I only wished that I had checked reviews before signing up.
