I dont know how it happened but after litteraly more than 10 times of my ID and other credentials getting rejected after my fb got locked for more than a week now, "chat with us" feature suddenly became available, but when i thought it finally will help after they told me to reply to their meta support email that they've sent where i were to reply with an attached video of me holding a written code that matches the one they've sent me to confirm that "I am me", it then only turned out to be an even more of a cesspit of a customer support. They did not respond, did not unlock, did not do anything but send a damn survey to rate their customer support! What kind of company is this. Instead of boycotting McDonald's, we should boycott this facebook instead! Worst customer service I've experienced!

Delivery was great, arrived right on time. And that's where it ends. Product arrived with one defective part. Customer service acknowledged the problem, and after I jumped through all their multi-picture requesting hoops, agreed to send replacement part.That delivery took more than two weeks. During the long wait, while I was constantly tripping over a useless piece of furniture, customer service sent me lots of perky emails. But not only was replacement part wrong, but customer service suddenly fell silent and they sent me an invoice for the replacement and its shipping.Not only am I stuck with a useless piece of furniture but also no refund.

Barrie Ontario location. I'm a senior looking to buy items in the store. Several sales people walked right past me without asking if they could help. I was wondering around the entire store for at least 20 minutes. Note the store was not busy. However, every younger person that came in after me received immediate help. They actually rushed to help them. Went to another store and spent several hundred dollars. Will not return!

Watch out when using credit card purchases over a $1000.00, especially using a Lowes card that’s tied to Synchrony Bank. The two companies are not in agreement over credit usage. Synchrony Bank will not honor repayment agreements set up by the customer. This diminishes the customer service experience at Lowe’s Store making it very poor and difficult to do business with them.

Well I didn't know who my father was and I looked for him and my twenties and my thirties spent a lot of money doing research and I had five stories of who he was my son gave me the ancestry DNA kit for Christmas four years ago and when my results come in and blowing behold there was a father I've talked to him I've met him and plan on seeing him again someone I wanted to know who he was my whole life and the ancestry did the job and one quick little minute I have located cousins and found out so much interesting information on my ancestors they are all of this app and I love this company and if I had the money to do my subscription every month like I used to I certainly would I just now I have to pick and choose what I pay so I don't get to subscribe very often I thank you for the trial run and that you've given me sometimes and I thank you for your mission

If I could give a zero I would. I was tricked into starting a business ad with them for a “Free” $950 month offer to try them out. I was told to put a CC on file and would only be getting a pending charge of $80. That pending charged turn into $135. When I called the girl that signed me up to ask why I was charged I was ignored. I left countless voicemails and emails. I finally called their support and they just kept trying to sell me. I told them the fact that she lied to me I don’t want to work with them. Found out I was accumulating a bill with fees being added ever day. ( so much for being free) the fact that I cancelled meant that bill went from $ 420 to $750. I asked to take to manager and they said I’d get an email. I ended up canceling everything with them and call my American Express and told them to block all and any charges from yelp.!! Do not use yelp! They are a Scam!! They don’t even let you see an itemized receipt of that you are being charged! Also, to Adrienne Hayward the girl that sold me on yelp and lied and ignored me. Shame on you!!

If a malicious person add my number as a spam I am blocked out!!!WHY Viber you don't solve this issue?WHY you don't investigate the malicious spamer who adds numbers as spam and your algorithm takes blind action ?I am answering your question how to IMPROVE !One phone call or responded email from your behalf (human) would have solved the issue.... let's all manage technology better.

After returning a shoddy, very poor quality dress that was definitely not up to UK Standards they refused a refund and gave me a credit instead .. ILLEGAL UNDER UK ONLINE REGULATIONS !! They also then proceeded to debit my bank account again for the order amount which negated the unwanted credit anyway !! After a week of correspondence I am still seriously out of pocket for a dress I returned !! DO NOT BUY CLOTHING FROM TEMU .. YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND !!
