Jeg har henvend mig skriftlig 4-5 gang over de sidst 4-6 uge. og 3M ønsker ikke at svare vedr. defekt 3M WorkTunes. Defekt består i at det ikke muligt at oplade 3M WorkTunes Connect 90543EC1, da USB stikke er falde af, efter 3 opladning. WorkTunes er købet via Amazone.de. Amazone.de henviser til 3M når der er mangler ved produkt. Jeg er skuffer over, at man vil sælge, men ikke stå til ansvar for de produkter man sælger. Nu står jeg med et produkt, som jeg ikke har kunne bruge efter hensigt i de sidst 6 uge. og bruger en masse tid på det. Jeg er ikke imponeret! mvh MortenI have been contacted in writing 4-5 times over the last 4-6 weeks. and 3M does not wish to respond regarding defective 3M WorkTunes. The defect is that it is not possible to charge the 3M WorkTunes Connect 90543EC1, as the USB plug has fallen off after 3 charges. WorkTunes was purchased via Amazone.de. Amazone.de refers to 3M when there are product defects. I am disappointed that 3M will sell, but not be responsible for the products they sell. Now I am left with a product that I have not been able to use as intended for the last 6 weeks. and spend a lot of time on it. I am not impressed! etc. Morten

Review of lenovo

Disgusting customer service

Problems came up with every aspect of dealing with this company. I attempted to buy an eraser x510 pc from their website as they were discounting the model by £500. Their website responded by trying to charge me three times for my order, and never sought authentication for payment or sent me any confirmation of the order I was placing (in contravention of consumer protection regulation and good business practice I might add). This caused my bank account to register the transactions as fraudulent meaning I had to get a fresh bank card, cancel the payments and sort out my account!

Given the problems with my original order, I decided to place another order for the same item with arrangement to pay by wire transfer, thinking that the issues so far were merely technical and perhaps lenovo could be forgiven for that. So I placed a fresh order by bank transfer and sent a request to their customer services that I wanted my original order cancelled. I paid for the order i had just made by bank transfer as directed. Straight-forward right? Well not so much it turns out as Lenovo's incompetent customer service proceeded to delete the order I had just made by transfer and insisted on payment for the original order I did want cancelled! Worse still when they received my payment they said they couldn't accept it as they considered it payment for a cancelled order!

Lonovo's customer service when I told them didn't as much as say sorry for their mistake. They were totally unsupportive and just sent email messages asking for payment. After 3 phone calls (2 of which I was hung up on by Lenovo) and numerous emails, asking them to simply accept the money I had sent them as payment for the order which they hadn't cancelled, they simply ignored my request and refunded the money I had paid them! It took them by the way around a month to do this.

The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced the staff were rude and aloof, totally disinterested in honouring the order I had placed, totally unwilling to accept any fault or take any action, and totally incapable of understanding basic instructions.

Long and the short of this - if you want lenovo products, don't buy them from lenovo. In fact just don't buy lenovo products, buy from a decent retailer that doesn't treat customers like something they scrapped off the bottom of their shoes, like for example chillblast or apple, two companies I have actually had good experiences dealing with.

Satisfied, but worrying quality issues

I was a bit concerned about the bad reviews here, but ended up placing an online order at Lenovo.Shipping was fast & above all transparent. The order itself (laptop Legion 5) is of much better quality than expected. So far I am very satisfied with Lenovo & would definitely recommend at this point.*No experience with their support since I have no problems (yet). Will update should that ever be the case.----> Update <----In the meantime, I've had 2 major quality issues:1.) Speakers didn't work after plugging headphones in & out. Apparently a known issue, installing a driver from another Lenovo series solved it (for now).2.) The letters & numbers of the keyboard suddenly stopped working. All other keys kept working. Also a known issue apparently... Rebooting worked (for now), but many users report that this will happen more often and that replacing the keyboard is absurdly expensive.

Awful support for premium users. It’s been almost a month and none of my issues have been resolved - I can no longer save passwords from my browser AND when I manually save they don’t appear I have to restart the app AND it takes their support 5 days to respond to a single email AND that’s after I’ve written a follow up to ask why there’s still no response. I am switching after my current renewal period is up.

Review of hubspot

Suggestions on improvements

Hubspot can be more flexible in term of segmentation of the audience. It took a lot of time to change the filter when there is a lot of layers. Suggest to add a button, so that filter can apply to all. For instance, whenever I created a list, it would be good if the hubspot can have one button 'apply all' such as 'opened email' for different audience. So that we do not need to click and choose one by one.Also, hope that hubspot can speed up the loading time of the created list as it usually took 20 to sometimes 30 minutes to create a list.

Bought a google play gift voucher and when I try to use it. It just says need more info, and I’ve sent them the receipt multiple times and they just keep going round in circles. Google play as outlandish as it seems is a scam.
