I dont know how it happened but after litteraly more than 10 times of my ID and other credentials getting rejected after my fb got locked for more than a week now, "chat with us" feature suddenly became available, but when i thought it finally will help after they told me to reply to their meta support email that they've sent where i were to reply with an attached video of me holding a written code that matches the one they've sent me to confirm that "I am me", it then only turned out to be an even more of a cesspit of a customer support. They did not respond, did not unlock, did not do anything but send a damn survey to rate their customer support! What kind of company is this. Instead of boycotting McDonald's, we should boycott this facebook instead! Worst customer service I've experienced!
