Good platform but so many problems in the app.Let's start with the 2 main issue.- 1 sometimes when I download an album , the music gets cut in some songs and make this annoying hissing sound for like 5 seconds. This problem happens way too often. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. -2 sometimes when I'm listening to an album offline. The music just cuts and I'm left with nothing. It's just play the first bit of every song.I need to delete the album and download it again in hopes that it won't do the same problem. Sometimes I do those steps for 3/4 times. Now to minor issues :- I listen to Rock, metal and rap.And I have yet to find an accurate discography in this app. All of them are wrong. Albums are missing , the chronological order is always wrong , unnecessary censoring.It seems like this app refuses all "controversial" albums like Reign in Blood by Slayer.To be honest , if Deezer wasn't my only option in streaming music services I would've chosen an other app. However, I still like the app and I appreciate that it's available in my country and there's a lot of good stuff on this app. That's why I'm still paying for it.Note : pls add dark mode to the Mobile app and the desktop app.Also, pls add the option to download music offline in the desktop app.And

Chess.com closed the payed account from my son without any reasons. My son had played thousands of parties. I complained but I never got an answer. We booked the service July 2024 and we need to get the half back. But they don't react.

Sucked in! Bought an expensive Sonicare electric toothbrush from Phillips (my third) it's expensive and it broke . Despite 'extended warranty' no luck getting it sorted. They replaced one bit but not the charger and customer care seems to be all over the world . had been a long time customer of this company. It's my third Sonicare and they are very expensive. So called ext4ended warranty not honoured. Shame used to be a hands-on people focused company. No More. They keep refusing to replace broken charger offering helpful advice like: have you plugged it in?k! Hours of frustrating back and forth and still no replacement charger. It's a joke Never again. Switching to a company with genuine consumer follow-up

Needed to return a set due to my partner also ordering the same set without me knowing .I checked the DPD tracked return and it said it had been delivered back to lego 10 days ago , however the lego site stated it was still waiting for the return to arrive , when i questioned this with the Lego customer service they tell me it will be 4 to 6 weeks before it is processed and nothing will update untill then. How can it take this long just for someone to scan the returns label to confirm its arrived or is it a scam to keep my £250 for as long as possible or hope I forget to chase in 6 weeks and never get it

Hubby and I went to William Camden Pub, Pickford Lane, for a quick drink and something to eat. Pub was done up over a year ago, nice atmosphere but the prices are high and the food is awful. We both had cheese burger with chips, onion rings, chix strips with bacon. All was greasy, tasteless or not cooked properly, chips lukewarm, onion rings tasteless greasy and small, bun was dry, all served on a big plate but very sparse, not worth the money. So disappointed. The Pub has gone downhill.. Will be going to the Volley (The Volunteer)

They had a different price when I booked the room online. When I got to the hotel they said I had to pay an extra large amount because it was in the confirmation. I had the worst experience ever! I was wet from the beach and was on the phone with Agoda for like an hour trying to get this resolved and they didn't do anything but say when you get your bank statement then send us an email.I had the absolute worst time dealing with their representatives and in the end didn't get my money back!I wish I could give them 0 stars. I honestly wish I could do something about it but it would be a waste of my time. So I jusy have to accept that I have been scammed

I had made a reservation through Agoda for my stay in Naples, and just a few days before my trip, my booking was suddenly cancelled without any notice or approval from me. When I reached out to customer service, I received generic responses, no real help, and absolutely no accountability for what had happened.The way Agoda handled the situation was completely unacceptable – zero support, no compensation, and no effort to fix the issue. Canceling someone’s booking right before their travel without a valid reason or communication is highly unprofessional and disgraceful.If you’re considering booking through Agoda, think twice. You simply cannot trust them to honor your reservation or provide proper support if things go wrong.

If you have a stroller or wheelchair, it's difficult to move around London. Buses are small and only fit 2 strollers/wheelchairs. The underground is mostly inaccessible with most stations lacking elevator access. It's also more expensive than other countries with much better service like Europe and Asia.

Mid roll ads on the Joe Rogan Podcast. Totally contrary to what he said would be happening. Totally ruins the flow. Also not injected in with any care, or effort. Cuts the conversation randomly. I really haven't enjoyed the podcast interface and will be going back to my old supplier.
