They had a different price when I booked the room online. When I got to the hotel they said I had to pay an extra large amount because it was in the confirmation. I had the worst experience ever! I was wet from the beach and was on the phone with Agoda for like an hour trying to get this resolved and they didn't do anything but say when you get your bank statement then send us an email.I had the absolute worst time dealing with their representatives and in the end didn't get my money back!I wish I could give them 0 stars. I honestly wish I could do something about it but it would be a waste of my time. So I jusy have to accept that I have been scammed
