Customer service nothing to smile about and 'extended warranty; a joke

Sucked in! Bought an expensive Sonicare electric toothbrush from Phillips (my third) it's expensive and it broke . Despite 'extended warranty' no luck getting it sorted. They replaced one bit but not the charger and customer care seems to be all over the world . had been a long time customer of this company. It's my third Sonicare and they are very expensive. So called ext4ended warranty not honoured. Shame used to be a hands-on people focused company. No More. They keep refusing to replace broken charger offering helpful advice like: have you plugged it in?k! Hours of frustrating back and forth and still no replacement charger. It's a joke Never again. Switching to a company with genuine consumer follow-up
