I had made a reservation through Agoda for my stay in Naples, and just a few days before my trip, my booking was suddenly cancelled without any notice or approval from me. When I reached out to customer service, I received generic responses, no real help, and absolutely no accountability for what had happened.The way Agoda handled the situation was completely unacceptable – zero support, no compensation, and no effort to fix the issue. Canceling someone’s booking right before their travel without a valid reason or communication is highly unprofessional and disgraceful.If you’re considering booking through Agoda, think twice.
