Charged wrong amount

I purchased everything bagels online to pick up at my local Target store. They cost $4.29. When I picked up my order, there was a yellow sticker that indicated they were marked down due to the sell by date. I was charged the full amount and called customer service told them know and ask for a refund of $3.00 (in today’s economy, $3 is $3). When I called to explain about the sell by date mark down, the woman said she checked the website and it’s not in sale. I know it’s not in sale, it’s marked down due to the sell by date being the same date it was purchased. She made a big deal out of letting me know they would honor the $3 credit as a one time favor to me. It shouldn’t be a favor. They should have no issue giving my money back. I offered to email a picture and wish I could upload a photo here. Crappy service and rude woman.
