I was considering switching to Delta…

I was considering switching to Delta Airlines. Then I jumped on a Southwest Flight with my husband for our honeymoon. The flight attendants were so kind and personally congratulated us. They then proceeded to announce congratulations on the overhead speakers. The whole plane clapped. No other airline has this type of personal touch. Thank you, Southwest.

Newegg is a model company that I highly recommend

I was expecting pushback for the return of a bad $2000 motherboard. Not only did Vince listen well to the entire issue, but he also resolved it very quickly and to my entire satisfaction! This is one of the many reasons I have remained a loyal customer for over 15 years. I am amazed that in these times, you can still find a company that stands by its products. I highly recommend Newegg, and I can't imagine buying from someone else.

Disaster customer service

Ordered a product (G 923), never received it (courier is UPS). Customer service is totally incompetent - zero interest in customer satisfaction. Cannot imagine what would happen if there was a problem with the product. Move on - order from one of the competitors

Don't always process payments and no email or human customer service

On more than 1 occasion they have not processed a payment and then said that I will have overdue payment, also think on one occasion they took overdue payment when they didn't process payment. Customer service is a joke. AI just repeats same response. No email or human to speak to.

7 months to tell us about a cyber attack!

I was notified today (20/10/22) by email from familysearch.org about an 'unauthorised network intrusion' on 23/3/22 which has been hushed up in order to 'keep the incident confidential to protect the integrity of the investigation.' The company does not indicate whether they were instructed or merely asked by the FBI to do so. They go on to say that ' The forensic investigators who assisted in investigating the security breach have not detected any further unauthorized access or activity since April 3, 2022.' This gives me the impression that there were not just one but at least two breaches of data security as there is a 11-day gap between those two dates. ' This instruction was lifted on October 12, 2022.' It begs the question why familysearch.org waited another 8 days to notify me!This statement: 'We are notifying you and others worldwide whose data may have been affected, even where this is not legally required.' really takes the biscuit. For a whole 7 months we have all been sitting in blissful ignorance of an event which personally affects all site members.I am deleting my account and would encourage others to consider taking the same action.

Review of abebooks

Just Awful

I bought a book from one of AbeBooks' sellers and then a companion book from another of their sellers, paying double the market price of the book by the time shipping was included. I got a message the next day that the out of print book wasn't actually available. AbeBooks customer service has been atrocious with them making no substantive effort to fix their problem. The last round of emails from their CSRs are openly taunting. Now I don't have the book I wanted, paid double the market rate for a companion book and have wasted a week of my life trying to get this company to meet their obligation. Awful, just awful.

Changed their return policy to 30 days & wouldn’t even do a store credit. I won’t be going back to ulta. I’ll just shop at target which has a 90 day policy.

I reached out to the support team at Dashlane with a question about my subscription. The team quickly researched my issue and replied with the answer I needed. I am very happy with Dashlane. I migrated all of my passwords to Dashlane four years ago and I haven't looked back.

I really liked Dashlane when the database was on local computers. I see some benefits that is current but I have mixed feelings about that. I liked the password generator that came with the original Dashlane program.

LinkedIn is rus trolls.

They banned me because of violation of their policy. I have asked about explaining what,when and how my posts broke their policy. No explanation at all. If I broke any policy than their f***** duty is shown it. They send me my posts only! I can read and I know what I have wrote! Nothing wrong. I have wrote that rus are rapists and killers. Are they? Yes,they are. LinkedIn doesn't care about hundreds of raped women and children, thousands of civilians murdered by rus barbarians. LinkedIn is a big Orwell's censorship. I'm happy with that I have never pay for premium. They are support rus as Continental, Auchan, decathlon, leroy merlin and others who not stop trading in and with rus. They're like germans and austria support rus rapists and killers. They are as stupid as macron who said that Ukraine should have left some if their territory to putin. Maybe macron should have gives some pieces of france to GB, Germany and Holland?

Just shelter with a bed, not worth the money

Just a bed and bedside stool in tent, 1 handmade, outdoor, luke warm shower, filthy toilet, accepting that it is a compost one, which you can only lock if you are over small adult size, no wash basin to shave in, no cooking facilities or anywhere to sit inside if weather inclement. Kettle etc. has to sit on the floor. If you still book there, take everything with you as if you were using your own tent, be warned this is not glamping, it’s just a shelter with a bed.
