Charging my account after canceling

I called to cancel my subscription with them a few months ago. I just found out they never canceled my subscription and it just renewed for another year at almost $1,000. We are reviewing the audio recordings where I specifically asked them to please do not renew my subscription. They make it near impossible to cancel, saying they will send you an email but the email is actually only in your BBB account email system (which you do not get notifications for). Their entire website and system feels like it hasn't been updated since 2005, it's basically useless. I now have no trust in BBB at all and their rating system means nothing to me if I see it on someone's business. What a shame

Just Awful

I bought a book from one of AbeBooks' sellers and then a companion book from another of their sellers, paying double the market price of the book by the time shipping was included. I got a message the next day that the out of print book wasn't actually available. AbeBooks customer service has been atrocious with them making no substantive effort to fix their problem. The last round of emails from their CSRs are openly taunting. Now I don't have the book I wanted, paid double the market rate for a companion book and have wasted a week of my life trying to get this company to meet their obligation. Awful, just awful.

DON'T BUY ASUS!!!!!

I have sent my laptop for repair, still in warranty, they have sent it back with exactly the same problem, when I complained about to their useless customer service they replied that it is been repaired and if I am not happy to resend the laptop back , which I have done and again they said it is fixed but this time the laptop didn't arrive yet because they're so poorly qualified that they can't sent a parcel. I can't express my disappointment and regret that I have purchased a asus product .Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.

Vista Ridge Rental in Gatlinburg Tennessee

Vista Ridge Rental in Gatlinburg Tennessee was a total letdown.1. The road to get there is super steep and in icy conditions with no warning we would need a 4X4 to get to it. (and we drove 12 hours to get there)2. The house definition of a full kitchen left ALOT to be desired, No salt no nonstick cook spray (and no non-stick pans), no broom, no dustpan, and no scour pads to clean pans that have no nonstick surface, the fridge barely kept food cold, and the pipes froze during the stay so we had to have a guy come out for that. I can list 20 other little things that were pretty sketchy at this price point, but since most people don't pack Pam spray you get the gist of what this place is like and who runs it.We started the visit with a late-night steep hike with our dogs (you can guess how that went) to get into the place.This was because our car had slid off the road -note 4X4 needed statement I made earlier- (and which I had to have towed out later), so right off the get-go it was terrible and all downhill from there. BE AWARE in winter this happens to a lot of people, they of course have a disclaimer about no refunds for the weather.So if you like being stressed out this is the trip for you!

Scam!! They have no clue about trade, and are only trying to get your information, probably to sell to other companies. Their stock market index'es are faulty / false. There are so many wrong things with this so called 'company', I don't even have time to list them all here... STAY AWAY!!!

Compromised Website with Obfuscated Customer Support

Account was compromised and the process of deleting the account is unnecessarily convoluted. The customer support e-mail needed to delete the account is not given. The "virtual" assistant is useless in this regard and the "human" assistant chose to ignore my inquiry regarding what the e-mail is. It is not a secure site and this made even worse by requiring the user to spend far too much time attempting to figure out how to contact proper support.

Mannnnn I paid around $1400 for this pixel 9 pro. I bought a case for it and a screen protector at the same time .....okay the screen protector was around 60$ And it didn't even last a whole week. Well needless to be said I've had to call him for a warranty because they will replace it according to their warranty. But man I probably got five warranty replacements. And each time I would upgrade so it would charge me a little bit more on top of shipping and handling before I finally gave up on that company....so when I bought it it was the Google store I bought everything from. Anyway, I bought a phone case as well and it's really cool looking and I like the feel of it but buddy it's already broke so I finally get a hold of Google after I had to figure out how to do that. Anyways, I keep them on the phone and he tells me that there's nothing absolutely nothing they will do for me. I swear to God if I could go back I would have bought Galaxy s24 man. Google is crap. Like wowwwwwww.

Holiday Inn Express New York is one of the most terrible hotels, I have ever stayed in. The hotel is full of bed bugs, and even though I and my friends caught several bed bugs in different rooms, the general manager just looked at the bugs and our bites and said: It is mosquitos. She was arrogant and lied and said, that if it really were bed bugs we had brought them to the hotel, and anyway they could be killed with a normal blow dryer - NOT!!!! Some of us took the bugs with us home in our suitcases, and had to pay a lot of money to get all of our stuff freezed in containers for 4-5 days.

The ads themselves are OK

The ads themselves are OK. Not very expensive (I paid 6 euros so far and received around 5k appearances, according to their data). However, I had issues with submitting my payment details, and they took 3 weeks to reply with an automatic email saying that if I still had issues, I had to send a new email. Luckily I had already solved the issue myself, but if something was really going on then it would take months to solve it because of their poor customer service.
