I have used Bitdefender for years, in one way or another, whether it be for my laptop, desktop or phone. Bitdefender has never let me down, was always light on all my systems, yet extremely effective in the prevention and removal of malware and viruses.

Generally this vault works ok and then infuriatingly, it doesn't. I can log in on my pc so that passwords will be automatically filled and then suddenly the app doesn't recognise my master password. I put the same pass word in multiple times and then, suddenly, it works. Or I leave it a few hours and come back and it works.I have tried to use their support function but you get the annoying message that as I'm not logged in, their support isn't available....but the reason I need support is that I can't log in!!!

I originally received a letter in the post saying a rep would visit me to do a survey about tv viewing. I emailed that I did not wish to participate but a gentleman still came to my door who I turned away.I then received another letter inviting me to do an online survey about tv viewing on behalf of the industry. I started the online survey which was quite detailed but stopped when the questions became intrusive and personal, eg were you a manager, how many staff, what was your job title, with no option to ‘prefer nit to say’. Clearly this company have another agenda which they do not mention at the outset. I have learnt my lesson and will not be doing any more surveys!

I've been using Evernote for a decade, but lately my notes are just disappearing with no trace! I haven't accidentally deleted them, because they would be in the trash - they have disappeared without a trace. Paragraphs of some notes are disappearing. Notes won't sync properly between devices. Evernote has failed miserably to do the ONLY thing their app is supposed to do - KEEP NOTES. Absolutely shameful. It's unacceptable that their service has gotten this bad. They will 100% go out of business, because who would stay a customer?

Buyer bought a dress from me back in October Yodel/Pàcklink took 39 days to deliver the parcel in that time buyer lodged a complaint saying they had not received and Ebay issued a full refund. Now ive found out the parcel was delivered and I've now got Ebay hounding me with debt collectors for £25! And the buyer denying they have received the package I WILL NEVER EVER USE EBAY AGAIN!!! Their customer service representatives are rude they are not for the sellers however without sellers they have no buyers so sad they don't realise that and a shame they did not investigate this properly before issuing a full refund to the buyer and disgusting that their suggested courier company takes 39 days to.deliver a parcel. Shame on all of you!!!!

Awful to the point that I have to write this review. I recently had a terrible experience with Anthropologie's customer service. I received a perfume with tiny white particles floating inside, so I submitted a claim to avoid a restocking fee. I ordered around Black Friday, so I expected communication to be slow. When I logged in, it showed I would get a refund for the damaged item, but I waited and received nothing. I sent multiple emails asking what to do—should I send it back or not? The website indicated a refund process or return started, but there was no shipping label, no money back, and no exchange. Frustrated, I filed a case with PayPal. After days without a response, they finally sent return instructions. I asked if they could just refund me because I was tired of their lack of response. I sent back the return with the label they provided, and they sent out an exchange order, which I didn't want, but I accepted it since the second order wasn't damaged.Then, on Christmas Day, they tried to ruin my holiday by claiming they didn't receive the original return and were going to charge me again. I had provided the tracking number, but their dispute department said, "Oh well, you kept the replacement." But my PayPal is still paying for it, and I never received the refund. Now they expect me to initiate another return.Good luck finding a live agent to talk to; it's nearly impossible. It's ridiculous that Anthropologie's customer service and dispute team are saying two different things.As of today, the day after Christmas, I'm still trying to resolve this issue—such a pain in my ass.
