Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service. I cannot access my account because they do not send a validation code to my mobile. They have taken weeks to do precisely nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Review of bbb

BBB: Should have an 'F' rating

The BBB is supposed to be the watchdogs of businesses but who is supposed to watch the watchdogs? If a business pays the BBB they can be accredited and the BBB will protect them because they have a financial incentive to do so. If not, the BBB is much tougher on how they score a business. There were 2 times I tried to get assistance from the BBB and they were no help at all. One claim was dismissed because it contained the word "crap" as quoted by a provider. The BBB dismissed it for bad language. Really? When it really counted, they were useless.I am sure not everyone at the BBB is bad, but it is an organization that has its profits first, not the customers it serves. It is corrupt and biased. Consumers are NOT this organization's first priority. The BBB would not meet it's own standards if it was measured (unless of course they paid to be accredited ;-)

The ease of use & excellent web…

The ease of use & excellent web security to notch but I get a bit fed up with Advast ads for other services plus it is getting a bit pricy.

Absolute s*h*. I reached out to so many people to survey 100+ participants, only to later find out that I must pay abnormous fees to see the remaining answers. Don't waste your time on it, they essentially got f*ckload of fake reviews on other platforms.

FedEx is a total joke

FedEx is a total joke, I'm sure pissed off that Amazon decided to use FedEx to deliver something to me! It's a joke of a company it's already 3 days late I create an account before it doesn't recognize my password. I try to do a password reset with my email and phone number none of them work. I even give them my email it doesn't send me a code and you give him your phone number it doesn't send a code there either this company is just a total joke. I've already told Amazon if they send something through FedEx again I'm done with them I'll order what I need off walmart.com.

My first experience with Rover -- Excellent

Through Rover, I was able to search for dog sitters in my local area along with much needed information that helped me with meeting my needs, such as availability, cost, number of people/animals in the home, fenced yard, information on what they provide to the owners while pets are in their care. It saved a lot of time to know some of these items before contacting those individuals that met the criteria I needed. Through scheduling a meet and greet and then a long weekend for caring for my dog in the sitter's home, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Sitter kept in contact through text messages and photos. Totally 100% satisfied.

More transparency on performance…

I want some more clarity on performance on when stocks are recommended and, if they get moved to penalty box, you need to be more transparent in your emails (shouldnt only be new buy recommendations). For example, I don't like that you don't give a sell rating on existing recommendations when you are wrong on the stock or the timing; as your clients are left "holding the bag"of losses. Also, too many recommendations come after the growth stock have already significantly run up, so we sometimes buy the stock before an untimely pullback. Some great calls for many years early in MF history, and I know you tell us to be patient and be more of a buy and hold strategy, but these are ALL growth stocks that have big swings that we can't stomach for long term strategy.

I caught the falling knife, Bahh bahh

They used to give good advice, until the founder left. After that it immediately went down hill. They continuously try to upsell you, I fell for the crypto crap. They claimed to have the world's best crypto analysts' and a tested algorithm for selecting crypto. Not only did their picks immediately tank, but I saw that they tanked right after they led us to slaughter. it's an old game, buy the stock then lead the sheep to pump up the price then get out, letting them catch the falling knife. I was a sheep.

The most horrible customer service

Would’ve given zero if I could. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order, and not only was my package delayed for over 10 days, but the delay was caused by their mistake in declaring the wrong value for customs. Because of this error, I was asked to pay extremely high customs and cargo fees through UPS here in Canada- far beyond what was reasonable or expected.Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times to explain the situation, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution. I had to repeat myself several times and ask them to correct the mistake they made, but they did nothing to help. I am now left without my package and out of pocket for fees that could’ve been avoided if they had handled things more properly. I would not recommend this platform to anyone- terrible customer service and no accountability for their mistakes.
