Buyer bought a dress from me back in October Yodel/Pàcklink took 39 days to deliver the parcel in that time buyer lodged a complaint saying they had not received and Ebay issued a full refund. Now ive found out the parcel was delivered and I've now got Ebay hounding me with debt collectors for £25! And the buyer denying they have received the package I WILL NEVER EVER USE EBAY AGAIN!!! Their customer service representatives are rude they are not for the sellers however without sellers they have no buyers so sad they don't realise that and a shame they did not investigate this properly before issuing a full refund to the buyer and disgusting that their suggested courier company takes 39 days to.deliver a parcel. Shame on all of you!!!!
