Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. Had a replacement order sent and they used an Inpost locker address but then sent the parcel via royal mail and not inpost therefore parcel is lost. Contacted customer service and spoke to Vipul who didnt have a clue what he was doing. Didnt seem to understand what Inpost lockers where and couldnt help me one bit saying the order hasnt been delivered yet even though it has.. just to wrong address! Got no where in the end so now i have no parcel or refund!!!

Great Company

I've used Amazon a multitude of times and have always had great experiences any time I had to contact customer service. I've had one customer service rep offer to refund shipping because my order wasn't received on the delivery date/was late. Returns are also easy, and customer service was very helpful. They also have a great product selection at great prices. I love the kindle side as well, they have many books by indie authors that aren't always available elsewhere.I've had Amazon Prime trials, twice. I do like Amazon Prime, but don't use it enough to make it worth the cost. I forgot to cancel my free trial the last time and they had no problem refunding the fee, as I noticed 1-2 days after the cancellation date passed. I was very pleased and relieved they were so helpful.Definitely recommend using Amazon.

Too many emails, and too many unsolicited businesses reaching out to you when you’ve already found a professional . Plus they keep sending you things for the job when it’s already completed. Not clear enough instructions on how to stop the solicitations.

Game doesn't work

Bought a game yesterday that only has multiplayer. Online doesn't even work after waiting for 15-20 mins multiple times. Tried to ask for refund and support said I couldn't refund "according to their policy". The support guy just ends the conversation there and left. So what am I supposed to do with a game that does not work properly?

Box is impossible to get rid of!!!

I had to set up a box account to transfer files to someone WITH a box account. I DIDN'T WANT a box account, just transfer files as is easy with SharePoint or Google Drive. Setting one up took too long, involved too much personal information from my system, and now, I can't delete or deactivate it without going through a long process. DO NOT USE BOX

A good product but appalling customer service. I'm a business customer and if it wasn't for that I would have endured an endless and useless chatbot for days. Even when I got through to an agent they were giving me misleading information. It's a shame they don't prioritise this aspect of their business because poor support will drive me and others to their competitors.

Great games awful customer service

I had trouble with deleting a character there was no place to open a ticket for this issue in game so I had to use the forums. The support agent gave unclear instructions he had instructed me to do a full ui reset once i informed him i had done this and it had not worked i was told to try again.No other information he didn't tell me he did anything nor did he tell me what to try again. After I had been told to try again I decided that he didn't care about helping me so i decided i would just rather wait the 30 days for the mail that was causing the error to auto delete I told the support agent that i would just wait the agent then took an attitude with me telling me he had done something to follow his instructions and that part of trouble shooting was trying things. This experience has made it clear that the next time I have an issue it is better just to go through wrong tickets until i get the chat option or just not seek help. Terrible customer service

It s small bag of few kg with tracking ZGE80300441368020, as everybody can see the parcel is stopped In Rome custom from 5 may, 7 days ago, since that time we try to contact UPS and Custom in all the way by form , mail , phone, nobody answer. We never had such problem with major express shipment company specialized in import service. We want here inform that in future we never will use again UPS services , be aware

I ordered 2 bedsheets coming to almost $40. The package was left without a signature. I have a sign on my porch.That reads do not leave packages without a signature And I never received them. The company is giving me a hard time to get a refund. So the seller of this bedsheets is a company that's goes by zeimon so I have cancer I was hospitalized for 10 days this company just told me my reason for not being home is not A valid reason.I guess having cancer is not valid.

Website doesn't work!

Last month I attempted to order 2 sets of crocs for my daughters before we went on holiday, the crocs website had a sale on but despite selecting the items I wanted and attempting to buy them twice the payment did not go through on their website.We as a family love crocs and so bought them from Amazon at a higher price as I suspected the website was having problems.I have received a marketing email from crocs tonight advertising the pair I wear for 50% off, I went onto the website, selected the correct pair (they were in stock) and attempted to pay, as it did last time it took all my details and as I got to the final page and paid it did not go through.Now I had forgotten but my wife reminded me that exactly the same thing occurred last year.There is something very wrong with the website although reading the below reviews i'm happy the payments haven't gone through, i'll pay the additional £10 to get them from Amazon.

Don't use the app

If you order through the app and something is wrong the store can not help you. You have to call the 800 number. If you are owed a refund corporate policy is you have to call within 7 days or else they won't refund you.This happened to me and when the rep when they realized I called 28 days after my missing item chastised me wondering why I took so long to call and this is my fault. The manager never told me I had 7 days. The rep said not everyone knows corporate policy. They said they might be able to get me a free item but they'd have to ask their manager and were really rude about this as well.I have really enjoyed this place for many years but they were so rude and such stupid policy I won't go back.
