If I could have given the ASUS support and service website a zero, I would have. It is written entirely in jargon and abbreviations that are essentially a wall to anyone who is not technically inclined. Just entering the serial number was impossible because it is in micro print and it is very difficult to discriminate o from 0, and 1 from i, and so on. I could not find a way to get into the website because it would not accept what I thought was the right serial number. Two of the buttons did not work. when I tried to go backward it threw me out of the program where I had to download their app again. After 55 minutes I had not been able to even sign in. Nothing from ASUS works... not the modem and not the website. Do not buy anything from ASUS!

It been 2 weeks since I am waiting for the parts that they didn't include in my order, I have to travel to Ukraine and that was ordered for my friend who lives in Ukraine. I been calling and emailing them daily and explained that I am leaving in 2 weeks and I need that order to be completed, I can't take without that missing part because it very important, but their answers is 24-48 hours, will let team know, but I can't call team for no reason and store can't send me anything for whatever reason. Order came on time and looks good but you can't use it if it has missing important parts. 3 days before I'm flying and they didn't email me at all lately. Will call them again today but I already know the answer : will let team know and they will contact you 24-48 hours. Never deal with more unresponsible company ever. Feel sorry for the people from another country who trusted their money and will get incomplete order😢😢😢😢

I have been using Vrbo for years but it has gone seriously downhill since Covid. Owners don’t bother replying to requests to book, the site keeps crashing. I even had a property cancel on me less than 2 weeks before departure. Admittedly, I have had some lovely holidays in the past but the booking process has become a nightmare I dread every year. The advertised prices suddenly get increased when the owners know you are interested and none of them seem to keep their calendars updated. I can contact dozens of properties before I get just one positive response. Frustrating. They used to be so much better. Time I moved on

I requested a change to my booking to ADD an extra night. The host had agreed to this with no issue. I requested the change through VRBO. Instead of modifying our booking VRBO cancelled it instead and took 50% of my money. The host contacted me when they noticed this and contacted me immediately. I rang VRBO to rectify their mistake, but they refuse to acknowledge that it is their mistake. VRBO was unable to help me with this issue at all.

My mom and I did a cruise back in 2022 to Haiti and Perfect Day. It was our first Royal Caribbean Cruise and we were not disappointed. We were on Mariner of the Seas and the ship was well maintained and well kept. The service was amazing and the food was even better. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered melissa sandals in size 8 US which should mean size 39 EUR. I have received size 7 US instead which is fitted and small. Im not sure how could this be replaced when I tossed the original box away?! Can anyone help me? Im still in a 30-day return policy. It's not my fault for receiving the wrong size.

This company does not even deserve one star only putting that as I need to click above.PAKISTAN CARGO 4U are fraudsters. Over £700+ lost in cargo fees PLUS the cost of the items and the unlimited stress anxiety caused. Contacted daily and numerous times to be told next week next week. Now no answer at all. Social media is still being updated daily if not hourly messages sent via Facebook are ‘read’ not replied to. The company has no intention of delivering your cargo and now have ‘disappeared’. Only option is to report to the higher officials police and Fraud Agencies. But please take heed do not use them you will lose your items and money also.

After being moved to three different rooms shortly after checking in due to problems with cleanliness, TV's, and finally a huge water leak from the ceiling, we were assured we would not be charged when we left the hotel to find a safer hotel. We were charged and IHG customer service/guest relations told us 3 times that we would be refunded after they gave the hotel 2 days to respond. Customer service, only in the Phillipines, finally admitted that they have no recourse to correct problems from their hotels and that we should just dispute the credit card charge. We had been faithful IHG One Rewards members for more than 30 years and now we plan to never give them our business again and to warn others that this is not the same IHG as years past. We have also noticed the last several stays were much lower level standards than in the past.

Absolutely great as a free service. In Sweden it works very good for transfer of files <2GB. I use the paid service also and it´s really good with documentation and reminders. You need a reliable internet though.The have an extensive art program also wich is awesome.

I paid for a year's digital only subscription on April 2024. Whilst browsing the magazine on my tablet, I realized some sections were blocked off and it required me to login with the customer ID (email wouldn't work) and password. I contacted customer service to request for the former on 21. November via email. During the course of the past 3+ weeks of back and forth, I have had to provide many details such as order confirmation which included payment confirmation and cc used, time stamp, etc. Today yet another rep is requesting I send her my credit card statement as payment confirmation I sent is not sufficient and they still can't find me... Are you kidding me? I have no intention of sending anyone my cc statements. And why is this required when you have proof of payment confirmation? This is not a serious business and one that exploits customers. If you are wise, you will stay far away from this business!

The practices used by The Times are beyond questionable.Overall, I have nothing different to mention generally but thought I would provide guidance on getting a cancellation, without a telephone call.I connected through the chat function on the Help tab, mentioned how I wanted to cancel, as I didn’t see value in this subscription, in comparison to other news websites, which is genuine.1) I stated I was not willing to call a telephone number to cancel, stating that in 2023, it’s absurd to ask subscribers to do this, nobody else does for good reason.2) While the gentleman who I was chatting to, copy and pasted the typical “you must call to discuss your subscription and cancellation”, I stated that while he is correct this was contained in the T&C, The Times explicitly did this to prefect potential subscribers making an informed decision thus assuming nobody reads this. This should be outlined on the outset regarding cancelling via telephone.3) I stated referring to reviews on here, the enviable sales pitch would occur, and I had already mentioned my reasons for cancellation, and regardless of any offer or attempt at persuasion, it’s wasting both my and their time. 4) The gentleman eventually bulked and allowed the cancellation, furthermore I asked for him to confirm my subscription was cancelled and screenshotted the message. I hope this guidance perhaps helps, they are quite persistent, so I would be firm would then. While I dislike being rude their practices are abysmal. Do not bother subscribing, it’s not worth going through this. Buy the occasional paper copy if you need to do, or just avoid The Times altogether.

I am so disappointed! I purchased a water fountain as a gift. The first didn't work both battery and pump. The second one came with a broken piece at the back which holds the battery. On approaching customer service several times I need to wait 7-10 business days whilst it's 'under review ' by the seller. Now that's fine,although I have no idea what's being reviewed but, this fountain was supposedly checked before despatch? I've been reasonable and just suggested they send me out a replacement solar panel and battery, you'd have thought that would be simple. Customer service are no help, robotic and very repeative. I've even reached out to the seller but 4 days later no response Now I've spent £100's with them and if there's been an issue they have been OK but not on this occasion. It is not reasonable or good customer care to leave customers in limbo, you've got my money so I would like a working product. Not unreasonable!I think, the response from Temu below verify my comments.. scripted and robotic. This seems to be the standard response 🤔
