I am so disappointed! I purchased a water fountain as a gift. The first didn't work both battery and pump. The second one came with a broken piece at the back which holds the battery. On approaching customer service several times I need to wait 7-10 business days whilst it's 'under review ' by the seller. Now that's fine,although I have no idea what's being reviewed but, this fountain was supposedly checked before despatch? I've been reasonable and just suggested they send me out a replacement solar panel and battery, you'd have thought that would be simple. Customer service are no help, robotic and very repeative. I've even reached out to the seller but 4 days later no response Now I've spent £100's with them and if there's been an issue they have been OK but not on this occasion. It is not reasonable or good customer care to leave customers in limbo, you've got my money so I would like a working product. Not unreasonable!I think, the response from Temu below verify my comments.. scripted and robotic. This seems to be the standard response 🤔
