After being moved to three different rooms shortly after checking in due to problems with cleanliness, TV's, and finally a huge water leak from the ceiling, we were assured we would not be charged when we left the hotel to find a safer hotel. We were charged and IHG customer service/guest relations told us 3 times that we would be refunded after they gave the hotel 2 days to respond. Customer service, only in the Phillipines, finally admitted that they have no recourse to correct problems from their hotels and that we should just dispute the credit card charge. We had been faithful IHG One Rewards members for more than 30 years and now we plan to never give them our business again and to warn others that this is not the same IHG as years past. We have also noticed the last several stays were much lower level standards than in the past.
