Stayed at the best western braselton inn in north Georgia for a wedding this passed weekend. I was woken up at 5:15 a.m to someone forcefully trying to open my hotel room’s door, I called the police and while I was on the phone with the police they left, came back, and successfully opened the door. luckily I had the manual chain lock on so they weren’t able to get in. You can imagine how scared I was that someone kept trying then succeeding in opening my hotel room door. Right after they opened the door I told 911 they have to send someone, shortly after hung up and then called the front desk. Apparently it was the front desk that opened the door. According to the front desk someone walked into the lobby with a key that looked like it said my room number on it and claimed it didn’t work. The front desk asked the man “are you Mr. *my last name*?” And the man said yes so they went with him to open the door for him. The front desk should’ve checked his ID or at the very list ask “what’s the last name on the reservation?” Or something along those lines, and not give out my personal info (my last name) as well as disturb our privacy. You can imagine how terrified we were when it felt like someone was trying to get into our hotel room. Not to mention that if we weren’t in the room the man could have just walked in and stolen our stuff. When I brought it up to management they apologized but said they couldn’t do anything for me. Same thing when I submitted a customer relations complaint to corporate. Just overall an awful experience. I would recommend a different place.
Review of GitHub
As of 2023, GitHub has introduced a mandatory two factor authentication, which is overly complicated. As a result, I am locked out of my account permanently.I do not know and I do not want to know the reasons for this process. But I do know, that I will not support it.Bye bye. It was good as long as it lasted.

Review of agoda
I originally started my search for a travel package on Booking.com, but was redirected to Agoda when selecting a flight + hotel combo. Trusting the connection between the two platforms, I booked a trip for two from Abu Dhabi to Cyprus, including round-trip flights and a hotel stay at the Crowne Plaza Limassol.Everything seemed confirmed until — just one day before departure — we received a vague cancellation email. After hours of calling Agoda, we were told multiple stories: that the flight was being rebooked, that someone would call us back (no one did), and finally, that no alternate arrangements were made.Worse yet, Wizz Air confirmed we were never even on their flight list, despite Agoda listing the flight as “confirmed.”After escalating repeatedly, we eventually received a partial refund — for the hotel and the initial flight to Cyprus. But Agoda is still refusing to refund the return flight, even though we never traveled and were not listed as passengers on either leg of the journey. This situation was not our fault, yet Agoda has made the process exhausting and unclear. We’ve sent multiple messages asking for the rest of the refund — with no reply. We lost not only time and money, but also our planned vacation. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly caution other travelers against relying on Agoda for package bookings.
Review of zillow
When I listed my house the zestimate was ten thousand below the list price. Okay. Then, when I lowered the price to the zestimate, the zestimate went down ten thousand overnight. Then I asked for a Zillow offer which came at $70,000 below the zestimate, before any reductions for repairs. I refused the offer and the zestimate dropped $50,000 overnight. There were no sales in the neighborhood during this time. Buyers believe these zestimates and unless you are willing to take much less than your list price you should stay away from Zillow offers.

Genuinely felt this was a scam, maybe others had a good experience but I can't say I did. First off, there was no one to contact for any help or assistance. There isn't a designated teacher/tutor to run through the content modules, there is simply a forum, and the responses you get are useless most of the time. The other thing is because there are no teachers and so on, no actual classes or tutorials where you can bounce off your concerns or things that you don't really get to anyone, and like I said no one to really give suggestions and help. Not to mention, the assessments? Zero useful feedback, and then they say to resubmit without them giving you any indication of what to actually do to pass the assessment. Genuinely better off doing an online Uni diploma/degree or just learning through youtube and other internet avenues. For something that costs a fair bit, it is NOWHERE near good enough.

The amount of exaggeration and utter rubbish written in this "paper" is just unreal. All you need to do is write impartial news coverage but you would rather write "news" like a cheap gossip column. I don't write many reviews and the paper to be fair has never attacked me personally, can you just write an impartial article, not exaggerated rubbish! I have blocked the telegraph from my news feed.

Thank goodness for the Charity Commission’s confirmation that charities are entitled to ‘campaign with vigour and energy’ where it relates to their objectives. And thank goodness for the National Trust’s abiding and continuing commitment to environmental conservation: Improving habitats, soils and water to a good condition for nature on NT estates - working with others to conserve and renew the nation’s most important landscapes - developing and sharing new economic models for land use that support nature - championing the importance of nature in our lives today.

Great magazine, horrible cancellation procedure. Is forcing parting customers through a highly annoying sales chat really profitable? Wanted to temporarily cancel my subscription but this business practice left me with a sour taste.
Review of dropbox
I cancelled my Dropbox business subscription trial well before the trial period had ended and everything went back the small storage amount. Then at the end of the month I noticed my account had been charged and I am upgraded to business version but I actually have not on my account. The chat window quickly refunded the amount and said I missed the second cancel button like a lot of users do.I did not see that! Sounds dodgy.
