customer support is the worst i have ever seen. they keep replying to you after like a week asking you to respond if your inquiry is still relevant. they froze my credit card and locked the funds in the card and won't tell me how to unfreeze it.

I can’t believe how bad the IOS app is

I can’t believe how bad the IOS app is. I’ve been trying to login for 2 days and keep getting the Oops we hit a snag! message. Went on the laptop and was able to login but even there the navigation (pun intended) is not very good.

LG OLED 65 inch flat screen television

All new appliances purchased in house are LG including 2 OLED 65 inch flat televisions. Installed and purchased at Best Buy the end of 2021, I did not purchase an extended warranty of the OLED tv's. Over 3 months ago one of the LG TV's froze and wouldn't change channels, then followed by flickering and turning on and off. Over 8 calls to LG customer service, followed all their directives, resets and factory reset. 3 Reguests for customer service Supervisor. No call backs. Calls to their LG certified service dealer wants tv off wall , videos, etc and still no appointment. Calls to Best Buy , they said it's up to LG. Terrible customer service. TV hasn't been able to be turned on or off. Not operable. Appears that Panel is disconnecting from the display. TV has minimum usage, looks like new but is totally useless. These OLED tv's are flawed. A TV shouldn't break down in less than 3 years and the other OLED TV cease to change channels as well. These OLED flat screens obviously made POORLY to break down completely in less than 3 years with very little usage. I purchased both LG OLED tv's at the same time. The one on the first floor is starting to do exactly what the above tv when it began to break down, Channel will not scroll, screen freezes. Don't buy these LG televisions. LG Customer Service is HORRIBLE.

The worst forms plugin.

The way you create forms is OK, but what happens when you spend time creating forms in the free version and you don't see any warning regarding that the data entered by the user won't be visible until you pay?OK, lets say that I didn't see a clear warning for that and lets say that it was my fault. I didn't noticed until I saw the big paywall. My team spent days and hours optimizing marketing campaigns just to get traffic to our webstite with the main goal that people complete de leads form.After three days running our optimized and successfully campaigns, we got 330 leads from that form. We were very happy that all our effort was worth it, but we became very disappointed very soon.We decided to pay (at this moment, it's valid to make clear that this sounds like extortion or ransomware) just to get our data and get in touch with these people in a hurry. When we got back to WP to activate the plugin it didn't show any warning telling us about making backup for something before update to the paid version!Guess what? After updating the plugin I got a dashboard with zero entries to show!!! We went to all the options to see if our contacts were located in another place (you know, we went into panic), but with no luck. I've opened a ticket, but for now I don't have any response from them.Reading in their support articles, they say that you must do a carousel of things and some artifices to don't lose the entries. Why on earth you work in this sh*!tty way? OK, lets say that you have your reasons to do those tricks to extort people and not show data until your customer pay, but why on earth you don't code something that automatically show the entries after people pays??? Your customer don't need to make BACKUPS OF ANYTHING! YOU MUST MAKE THINGS CLEAR, REALLY EASY AND USER FRIENDLY!Ironically, I recieved an informational e-mail from you and someone was wearing a shirt with the message: "Make things stupid simple" 🙄... but you are doing the opposite, you make life hard to your customers. Who will recover my 330 lost contacts? That means time and money lost! I doubt you will do a refund on those things, I bet you will say "I'm sorry for the confusion, blah, blah...". It's all that you say in all the forums you reply. You blame your users for something that is clearly your fault! Stop acting like a scammer and stop saying "I'm sorry" and get sure to make things easy for your customers!FOR NEW USERS: Don't get extorted by this company. There are a lot of free forms plugins and a lot of ways to get form entries without paying a penny. It's a shame how this company acts. The 5 stars rate on this site is from people who didn't lose this amount of data or people who paid first and then started to create forms or simply fake reviews.There's a lot of people that feel scammed the same way, sadly I did notice about it after losing my 330 leads.EDIT: there's a topic in WP forums regarding this same behaviour.Don't buy this sh!t!

Terrible experience with Wayfair

Terrible experience with Wayfair. Items on website are not as pictured and yet you have to pay the return shipping fee, and it’s excessive! Part of my order was lost by fed ex, then the replacement took forever to arrive. I already had to pay the return shipping for the first part of the order that did not look as pictured, then they forced me to pay more return shipping for the replacement order that took soooo long to get that I no longer needed. Done with Wayfair! Pitiful response Wayfair!

Highly experienced and knowledgeable about investment and the market of course (future as well as present) Educated and extremely helpful responses in less than a day (even if they are not in office) I am ever grateful for all your work and the effort put in. The system has never been a problem it’s only been a truly a wonderful journey. I am absolutely mind boggled by the low rated comments in all honesty. At one point I thought I was on the wrong page! Order delayed, customer service hard to reach

My order was delayed, and customer service was hard to reach. I did try using the AI chat bot first, but it was unhelpful. It just told me to enter my order number to track the package, but I already had done that. My order was shown as processing for over 10 days. When I did contact an actual human being on the phone, I did not hear back for several days after the conversation. I eventually got my order in the mail, but I am deeply disappointed with not only the postponement, but with the lack of attentiveness and delayed response.
