LG OLED 65 inch flat screen television

All new appliances purchased in house are LG including 2 OLED 65 inch flat televisions. Installed and purchased at Best Buy the end of 2021, I did not purchase an extended warranty of the OLED tv's. Over 3 months ago one of the LG TV's froze and wouldn't change channels, then followed by flickering and turning on and off. Over 8 calls to LG customer service, followed all their directives, resets and factory reset. 3 Reguests for customer service Supervisor. No call backs. Calls to their LG certified service dealer wants tv off wall , videos, etc and still no appointment. Calls to Best Buy , they said it's up to LG. Terrible customer service. TV hasn't been able to be turned on or off. Not operable. Appears that Panel is disconnecting from the display. TV has minimum usage, looks like new but is totally useless. These OLED tv's are flawed. A TV shouldn't break down in less than 3 years and the other OLED TV cease to change channels as well. These OLED flat screens obviously made POORLY to break down completely in less than 3 years with very little usage. I purchased both LG OLED tv's at the same time. The one on the first floor is starting to do exactly what the above tv when it began to break down, Channel will not scroll, screen freezes. Don't buy these LG televisions. LG Customer Service is HORRIBLE.
