Review of outlook

Lucky me, my hotmail got blocked for no reason

I have hotmail for many years.I got so much scam and spam e-mails everyday. I went to live chat and the person told me to report those scam and spam emails to their team. and I did until I am tired of it.I don't even know how much scam and spam e-mails that I blocked and reported as junk until I can't block anymore. Two days ago, I reported those scam and spam e-mails to Microsoft as usual, and then Microsoft blocked my hotmail account for no reason. I contacted them many times, and they just said about the policy, we can't give you the reason why to block. They have right to blocked my account. Now I lost my photos that I saved many years, my personal e-mails and business e-mails in my hotmail.I just can't believe it. Just stay away hotmail if you can. so many spam and scam e-mails and microsoft won't do anything about it. basically, it just automotive move from your junk mail box to deleted mail box. Not as they said they will block it.

The new guides are horrible

The new guides are horrible, very bad. When you read a new guide of LP now is like reading a book of Jane Austen but with pictures, this is not a travel guide. I recomend all of you buy the DK guides. They are so much better.

Review of hotels

Hotel Swarn Tower

Hotel Swarn Tower, Bareilly, IndiaOur family group of 34 members, ranging from 85 years to just 18 months old, had the utter misfortune of staying at this disgraceful excuse for a hotel on September 4 and 5, 2024. We had booked 12 rooms to visit Bareilly for a significant family event—paying respects at a temple built by our ancestors. Our dinner reservation for 22:00 at De Ja Vu, a time specifically requested to accommodate seniors, children, and ladies, was not only disrespected but completely disregarded. At 22:15, when a few members arrived, they found a local family enjoying dinner in the space that was explicitly promised to us. When we sought the manager, expecting a basic level of professionalism, he arrogantly brushed us off, offering no solutions or even the courtesy of listening to us. As tensions rose, members of the local family, completely unconnected to the issue, had the audacity to engage in heated exchanges, while the hotel staff—supposed to mediate—stood by and did nothing. Not a single hotel employee stepped in to manage the escalating situation, which eventually deteriorated into a verbal altercation, rife with abusive language on both sides. Even then, the staff was nowhere to be found, proving their utter incompetence and indifference.Insult was added to injury when the hotel staff, rather than ensuring the safety and comfort of their guests, became complicit in this fiasco. At 23:00, after hours of travel, exhaustion, and now heightened tensions, we had no choice but to stay put, trapped by their negligence. The following morning, the situation took an even more appalling turn. At 8:00, a police officer summoned me downstairs, informing me that a complaint had been filed against me—by the very local family that was never supposed to have been in our dinner space to begin with! Even more shocking was the fact that the hotel had violated our privacy, handing over my personal details to these strangers. Who gave them the right to disclose this information? Now, thanks to this hotel's egregious breach of trust, our personal safety is at risk. Any number of false complaints could be filed against us, as the hotel gave the local family everything they needed to target us further. To resolve the matter, and because we were out-of-towners, visiting solely for a family temple trip, I was forced to apologize to this local family on the phone—a family that had no business in the situation to begin with. Not once did the hotel staff step in to mediate or take responsibility. Their utter failure to manage the situation is a damning reflection of their incompetence. To top it all off, the hotel made no apology for their pathetic handling of the situation, nor did they acknowledge their catastrophic blunders. They didn’t even offer the basic courtesy of admitting fault. This hotel ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration of my birthday, leaving us with nothing but bitter memories. As if that wasn’t enough, there was more: My brother and his family, staying in Room No. 504 with their 18-month-old child, encountered an unsanitary, revolting incident. When his wife washed the electric kettle to prepare milk for the baby, it was contaminated with worms and insects. Yes, you read that correctly—WORMS AND INSECTS. The management showed no shame, no concern, and certainly no remorse. If you value your family’s safety and well-being, steer clear of this hotel. It is a complete and utter disaster, where staff and management alike will stand idly by, unconcerned about your experience—or your safety. This is not a place for families, or anyone, for that matter. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this vile establishment as possible.

Too many pop ups

Too many pop ups. Can't even read a review without signing in, and even after signing in, I am prompted to write a review, when all I wanted to do was read one. I am not sure when they decided it was advantageous to be counterintuitive, but I can only guess that there must be something nefarious and unscrupulous being done with user info.

Review of bedbathandbeyond

Terrible experience ordering online

I never complete reviews but my experience with Bed Bath and Beyond was so bad I had to write this. I ordered an artificial Christmas tree from them and it still has yet to be delivered. As soon as they received my CC info I heard zero word from them - no email, no text - confirming my order was being shipped. I’ve had to call to find out the status every few days and, after being on hold for up to two hours, you’re told if you’re in Canada, another dept is responsible for your order. So frustrating! Terrible customer service and even worse delivery service. Really, my tracking number says the package hasn’t even left the U.S yet and I placed the order in November 2023. I’m not sure I’m going to get this Christmas tree in time for the holidays.

Real Reason Why You Have to Wait to Talk to Custom Service

Do you want to know why you can't get through to Wells Fargo Customer Service. Some of their call center customer service agents are playing games - they are tired of the heavy call volume. It took me 5 minutes to get an agent - she then pretended to be assisting me with a mistake made by the bank - she kept me on hold for 38 minutes - telling me periodically she was talking to her supervisor. I then get transferred to an unrelated department. If you look at the reviews this bank has no clue on how to provide even adequate customer service! Shame on them!!!! This agent decided to take a 38 minute break during a period of heavy call volume. Wasted my time and all of yours!!

Review of logitech

I probably wouldn't order again from Logitech… at the moment

I probably wouldn't order from Logitech directly until they can sort out their delivery issues post Brexit... that is if you are in hurry. Have put three orders through them in the past year - first two went through fine and received goods in 3-4 days, last one ordered on 19th Jan 21, still waiting for it on 31st with absolutely no clue when it will arrive. First delivery date was delayed for week... on the day of delivery, second delivery date looked promising, "Hi John, you have a parcel coming tomorrow" it was a no show. The UPS website has it perhaps in the Netherlands with "The package is delayed due to a Brexit related disruption. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible." No real outlet at either Logitech or UPS to follow-up so am left to voice my disappointment here .

Very disapointing Lenovo Thinkpad P70 workstation and Lenovo service

In December 2015 I bought Lenovos 4300$ flagship workstation Thinkpad P70 which came with a 24 hour onsite warranty. In early february 2017 my Thinkpad P70 started to behave strange by showing intermittent yellowish/orange cast on the display. I therefore contacted Lenovo support and a danish Lenovo service provider to have my Thinkpad P70 issue fixed.I should soon find out that Lenovos 24 hour on site warranty is certainly not 24 hours because it took Lenovo one and a half month to conclude that my Thinkpad P70 was beyond repair. During this period Lenovo tried 4 times and changed almost every part including system board and the 1.150$ Quadro M3000M GPU.While Lenovo tried to fix the problems, I was forced to move my production environment back and fourth between a non Lenovo desktop and my Lenovo Thinkpad P70, to be able to work and service my customers, but also to try and evaluate each of the repair attempts Lenovo carried out while I could do nothing but wait. After one and a half month Lenovo acknowledged my request for Lenovo to take a standpoint, and I was finally rewarded with the opportunity to have my Thinkpad P70 replaced.I argued that I had spent and wasted more than a reasonable amount of time and had suffered much inconvenience and that I thought Lenovo had to make up for this and secondly that my faith in this particular Thinkpad model was very limited. At first I was denied compensation, but after a couple of emails back and fourth with Lenovo customer relations in Egypt, I was rewarded with three months of extra warranty on the replaced Thinkpad P70. I thought this offer was redicouless and turned down the offer. O coupple of emails more back and fourth and again I was rewarded with the truly generous offer consisting of a port replicator for my Thinkpad P70 replacement. Again I replied that the offer was not acceptable and that Lenovo had to come up with something better. Lenovos reply to this was that they hadn't more to offer. The last email from Lenovo customer relations said that I was welcome to try and have a refund through the Danish reseller Føniks. Føniks wrote back on the March 4. that Lenovo had turned down their request for a refund on my behalf. So now I feel that I have been taken hostage by Lenovo as there are now way out of my Lenovo ownership. I see no point in having the PC replaced since all internal parts has been replaced in the old one, so it's practically new. So I will have to live with the display as it is. A replacement would mean even more waste of time as I would have to start from scratch installing tons of software, licences etc. I think Lenovos valuation of their customers time should play a bigger role in Lenovos quality of service. My Thinkpad P70 is my third Thinkpad but also the worst one I have had, predecessors has mostly worked fine. I have always regarded Lenovo as very serious, but this has changed everything. Now I'll have to consider another brand, probably Dell as they top the PC charts on quality and service at the moment with Lenovo as #4. Never again a Lenovo Thinkpad.
